I got a Keyboard for X-Mas (with a ton of sounds on it ranging from pianos to strings to drums to choirs to sitars to rain sounds to saxophones and more!!) and I am babysitting my friend's 12 string for almost 2 weeks.

So I can lay down any 12 String parts we need, and I can also lend a hand with my Keyboard (which I will be using for the warehouse intro).

hey man... was gonna try to do this today but the sendspace link in the BT AMP thread is dead. could you re-up one of the tracks that picks up all the pieces of the kit (or as much of it as possible)?

    Hey Guys,
Spoot has been in touch with me to put down some drum tracks to a couple songs that you're missing, and I would be happy to help! I'm looking forward to it. I've set up a recording block on the night of Jan 30 (it's a Monday a few weeks from now) to knock out at least one of those, hopefully both. Looking forward to working with you guys!

Just to let people know, my computer has crashed. None of my files or programs were harmed, but Windows is basically broken. So I can't do any recording or anything til I get Windows repaired and my computer back up and running (I hope within a week).

I got a repair disc from HP, and hopefully when I get that, I can get it up and running.

    Re: AMP: Re-Organization

    Hey Guys,

I mentioned this briefly in another thread, but I apologize for dropping off of the face of the earth. My wife was diagnosed with cancer at Christmas last year and has been undergoing surgeries and treatment since then. Her treatments finish up in April, but things are quieting down for us. I'd like to get back into this project if you still need any saxophone parts done. Let me know (I didn't take the time to read through three pages of posts - sorry) you need done or would like help with.

    Cheers,
    Jonathan (back in the game!)

    Re: AMP: Re-Organization

Just got my computer back the other day. It's working fine, Cool Edit Pro 2.0 is installed, and I got my Lexicon Omega Cubase working as well. I hope to get started on the Warehouse intro and get guitar and vocals down for Crush within 2 weeks.

What is the status of this project? Are we defunct, or is there still hope of a completed AMP? Do we have any completed songs?

you guys really did do a great job. i'd love to see more songs get done, but i don't know how much interest there would be. life always got in the way and prevented people from being able to work on the songs.
