1,000 Italian musicians get together, play Learn to Fly, and record a video of it for the sole purpose of getting the Foo Fighters out to Italy for a concert. That's some dedication right there, and the video is outstanding.

Went to both Citi Field shows. Thought it'd be different with Grohl laid up on the throne, but it wasn't. Just as much energy. Insane.

Saw them last night. Great show - lots of fun.

Wasn't "OMG ThE best ShOW ever!" but it was still fun and glad I went. Very cool to see Grohl and Smear since they were once members of Nirvana. Dave was hilarious. Talked about driving his kids to school in the morning and joking about "You assholes probably think I roll up in a Ferrari to drop my kids off. Nuh uh. Honda Odyssey bitch. A motherfuckin Honda Odyssey."

Aside from the losers behind me spilling liquor all over my tour shirt I bought and this massively obese woman sitting next to me who kept farting the whole show, the crowd was pretty cool too.

Grohl just announced on Facebook (and I'm sure elsewhere) that the Foo Fighters will be playing a concert in that town in Italy on November 3. So awesome.

Foo Fighters just put out a free EP as a sort of thank you to fans for the success of the past couple years. It's on their site, and they even offer a high res (24/192) copy!
