Ok thanks I'll give it a try tonight. I never thought the Keurig may be responsible for the problem, not just a part of the problem.

I checked the panel Saturday, didn't seem like anything was off or in neutral, tried the classic turn off then on again but didn't help.

No. A fieldpiece meter with 2 leads on it to check both sides of the breaker......the breaker itself will cost about 17 bux

I'll look into it. May have to get an electrician over due to my utter lack of knowledge. Nothing has had problems besides Keurig and toaster.

I'm telling you, give the Keurig fix I mentioned earlier a try before spending any money. Problem sounds very similar to mine and that cleared it right up.

So unplug the Keurig, hit reset on the outlet, and hopefully that should clear it up?

That worked for me. The Keurig will override your GFI every time if it's leaking the way I think it is, so it has to remain unplugged and replaced with a new one, which apparently Kohl's as well as BBB will do for free. They even gave me the updated version of the model I had.

I'm ignorant on this though - isn't the GFI just for its individual outlet?

    No. It's a loop/line.

If any outlet on the line is catching too much voltage, the GFI on that line will trip, and kill all the outlets on the line.

Anyone know how to fix a furnace? I got home and turned my heat on. It ran for about five minutes and then just stopped. The control panel is completely blank.

It automatically goes into a 10ish min lock down when theres a fault. Flip the main power switch off then on and run it. See if you can see what the fault code is by reading the blinking light on it.

Looks like it may be the battery in the thermostat because the only thing showing is a little shape that looks like a battery. I have no idea how to get the cover off though.

I live in an apartment, so typically don't deal with this stuff.

    Thermostat says it's a LUX PSP72EE

Also, since I turned off the main breaker and then turned it back on, the kegerator doesn't work. There's no air pressure but the gauge says it's full. Tonight is pure bullshit.

Its usually a cover that lifts off. My guess is its the battery in the thermostat. Is there an emergency maintenence phone number you can call for your apartment?
