We got our first order through the system about a half hour ago. My supervisor made a red velvet cake and brought confetti canons. We just popped them off and had some cake. What a great Monday.

Thank you, GSU! I am standing on the shoulders of giants in terms of the legwork that was done before I got to the office, but it was a massive effort to get us to this day.

I would take this job 10/10 times over anything that I've previously done for work. First job I've ever had that I feel truly fulfilled and enjoy the day to day. It makes such a huge difference to like showing up every day.

Not today but just a good weekend. Daycare did a parents' night thing friday where they kept the kids til 10, so wife and I had our first date night since our anniversary trip in September. Fancy-ish restaurant, a lil sexy time, started new season of Ozark before picking up the kids. Saturday visit to my brothers and their kids, followed by my parents. Sunday afternoon little popup event at our downtown with winter activities, a visit from Olaf, live music, etc.

Always nice getting out and doing things, especially on Friday, to make the weekend feel longer.
