@realDonaldTrump: Now that Adam Schiff is starting to blame President Obama for Russian meddling in the election, he is probably doing so as yet another excuse that the Democrats, lead by their fearless leader, Crooked Hillary Clinton, lost the 2016 election. But wasn’t I a great candidate?

Even if Trump has nothing to do with Russia. The 13 indictments show the level of planning Russia used to influence both primaries and the general election. These are all recent statements:

Jeanette Manfra the head of cybersecurity at DHS: “We were able to determine that the scanning and probing of voter registration databases was coming from the Russian government.” "We saw a targeting of 21 states and an exceptionally small number of them were actually successfully penetrated."

Dan Coats director of national intelligence: “There should be no doubt that Russia perceives its past efforts as successful and views the 2018 U.S. midterm elections as a potential target for Russian influence operations,” “We need to inform the American public that this is real … and that we are not going to allow some Russian to tell us how we’re going to vote,” Coats said. “There needs to be a national cry for that.”

Mike Pompeo director of the CIA: “We have seen Russian activity and intentions to have an impact on the next election cycle”

It’s pretty impressive that our entire intelligence community is lying to us over Russia. This now includes people Trump appointed himself, but at least Trump is doing his part by refusing to enforce sanctions.

The fact that Trump is pinning the Florida school shooting on the FBI is fucking disgusting. I have no idea how anyone with a brain and a soul can support this guy.

Donnie has another infidelity scandal and it exposed how right wing media was tanking negative stories on him, and later that week Russian interference that had been implied at potentially "fake news" by the President is proven as true, and the investigation into conspiracy by the Trump campaign remains open.

I didn’t see anything change this week as far as anything Russian and trump are related.

No one cares and as I’ve said the longer it goes on the more it looks like it’s simply a witch hunt, keep looking until you find something and wasting government time and money doing so.

Trump saying there was no collusion with these 13 Russians and blaming the fbi being distracted by investigating him and not this shooter is so predictable but effective from where I sit.

For anything to get to him this investigation is gong to need to produce a major bombshell or it was nothing.

What sort of smoking gun is it going to take though? His campaign manager has been indicted, his top foreign policy advisor plead guilty, and another campaign advisor please guilty and seems to have been a cooperating witness. Don Jr made public his coordination with Putin tied Russians and their meeting in Trump Tower to discuss HRC dirt, and also made public direct messages with Julian Assange of Wikileaks.

Just because Trump continues to move the goal posts doesn't mean there's no crime or anything wrong with what we already know. And I'd assume many shoes are still left to fall.

Plus, when he fired Comey because of the probe he committed a crime of obstruction, and he confirmed that he committed it when he told NBC's Lester Holt exactly that.

Sure, this works with the cult, but it probably doesn't play outside of that. The left obviously doesn't buy it and the independents seemingly don't based on poll data - the rest just aren't tuned in anyways. I don't think it's a long term winning strategy for Donnie. Especially if the tax cuts aren't enough to hold the House in the fall.

If we find that anyone in his campaign worked with Russians in the hacking activities or in any way funded the spread of their propoganda that's a huge deal.
