I can't believe I'm actually bummed about that. I never really liked the song, but after hearing D&T play it at Farm Aid last night, I actually got excited to hear this as an acoustic trio.
Same here, it'll happen one day

Just got back from that Louisville bourbon festival, last night was muddy but John Mayer killed it.

Really sad about this, skies are perfectly clear at the moment. Beautiful day. Hoping to get a refund, would be great if Dave and Tim could just play the Ryman tonight. I am sure they never even landed at the airport though.

From what I've seen on twitter, I don't think so. Brandi apparently crushed it though: https://www.instagram.com/p/BoF-OO3B...id=jntu6bfuxba

Man her voice gives me the chills! She is phenomenal. And yea, as far as I can tell D&T didn't show up anywhere last night! I am kind of relieved that I did the responsible thing and came home.

Welp, I had about as much of Pilgrimage 2018 as one could. Got there when the gates opened on Saturday morning, and had a good time milling around the smaller stages and the food/art vendors. Methane was there, and people were gobbling up prints of old DMB shows (all too rich for my blood).

Two of the stand-out bands that I did get to see (that I hadn't heard of before) were The Record Company and Kansas Bible Company. Amos Lee also brought it, and had a good crowd at one of the main stages in the early afternoon. A lot of people were settling-in for a great evening of music. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate.

Still waiting on festival organizers to finalize their refund plan...but this was my first time going and, as a local in Middle-Tennessee, I thought it was a nice set-up. Hopefully the refund will be appropriate; it'll go a long way in helping me decide whether or not to attend future Pilgrimage Festivals.

I trust they are doing at least 50% refund on 2 day passes and a full refund on Sunday single days. People just want answers at this point.

I am personally not worried, just curious.

If they only give credit for one day on a two day pass, I will raise hell

    Statement has been made.

50% for 2 Day tickets, but they are still working towards getting additional refunds made for that day. Would not be surprised if this was the last Pilgrimage Fest, it's a shame considering we almost had Dave and Tim.

Glad that they've upped the refund to 75% for 2-Day tickets & parking passes, and added the 50% refund for Saturday-only tickets. But, like you, I'm wondering if this "breaks the bank" regarding future Pilgrimage Fests.

Yeah, I wish I could fast forward to 2019. Curious to the future of this fest play out.

Re: ***Official Pilgrimage Festival 2018 Thread***

I don't think I'll be giving this fest another chance. I went 2 years ago when Justin Timberlake was headlining and it was a full blown shit show. The 2nd night was much better with Eddie headlining - they fixed some of the issues from N1 such as parking, lack of water stations, etc. I attempted to go again this year and saw 3 bands before they evacuated the grounds over rain. Unless they make some major changes it's just not the right place for a large festival. All of the nearby parking is in fields and so if it rains, all those fields are ruined. I just don't think the city of Franklin is meant to host a giant festival like they're trying to make it.
