Re: ***Official Pilgrimage Festival 2018 Thread***
Welp, I had about as much of Pilgrimage 2018 as one could. Got there when the gates opened on Saturday morning, and had a good time milling around the smaller stages and the food/art vendors. Methane was there, and people were gobbling up prints of old DMB shows (all too rich for my blood).
Two of the stand-out bands that I did get to see (that I hadn't heard of before) were The Record Company and Kansas Bible Company. Amos Lee also brought it, and had a good crowd at one of the main stages in the early afternoon. A lot of people were settling-in for a great evening of music. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate.
Still waiting on festival organizers to finalize their refund plan...but this was my first time going and, as a local in Middle-Tennessee, I thought it was a nice set-up. Hopefully the refund will be appropriate; it'll go a long way in helping me decide whether or not to attend future Pilgrimage Festivals.
