hello Gorge fam. started my season at JB on Tuesday... and got me 10x more stoked for my flight out Aug 28!

Question for the regulars - We have two cars in our group (D9), and one of them can't make it until Friday night. Our car plans to go when gates open Thurs.

Has anyone had luck showing two camping passes at the gate and saving a spot for their car? And meeting them at the gate with the pass when he arrives Friday.

Hoping we are not SOL in terms of camping with each other

you wont have an issue. Regular camping doesnt get crazy packed. you can tell them you have two passes (and show them), or just spread out when they park you.

hell, you can even move after they park you to another area

Also.. have been researching stuff to do in seattle. I think were gonna take a tour of centurylink... but what really caught be off guard is that its $29 to go up in the space needle?? Im gonna do it regardless but jfc.

N2 Gorge is no longer available for instant tickets. My hope is diminishing quickly for PITs this year.

If you have time, make a reservation and eat at the space needle restaurant instead of wasting the $29...the restaurant just has a $35 minimum check

Website said it closed last september for reno.. is it open again?

Anyone know the rules of what's aloud to bring for cooking?

Before going on my first Gorge trip in 2016, I read that you couldn't bring in any grill/propane. But my neighbors were cooking pizza, and breakfast, etc.

usually i just go to cool bars and hang out with my buddy from high school.

grabbing a case of Rainier and sitting on the beach with a bonfire was one of the best and most unexpected experiences in seattle ever.

no grill or propane??

you're good to really bring whatever you want. propane grills are most certainly allowed.
