Can’t even imagine the Celtics with Hayward. Will have to wait until next year. On to 17 in a row

Genuinely asking because I don't necessarily disagree, who would your top 5 or top 10 players be then?

i said "borderline top 5" as a hedge because I couldn't remember exactly how I phrased it back in august

but I just looked and what I said was top 7-10

i don't really have the time to put it in a precise order but I'd say my top 10 are:

    LBJ
    KD

    Curry
    Leonard
    Harden

    Westbrook
    Irving
    Antetokounmpo
    Davis
    Butler

that's a rough approximation of the order I'd put it in but it's more a tier-based thing

when the first two tiers consist of lebron james, kevin durant, stephen curry, kawhi leonard, and james harden, then yes, he's third tier.

I got Harden above Freak because he can take over a game from literally any spot on the court. Boogie is making a hell of a case to jump him too but I think 6-8 is the right range for him.

I had this discussion with my roommate last night and we couldn't really come to a conclusion:

Is there anything Anthony Davis does exceptionally well besides rebound?

I constantly hear people talk about how he is the guy you want to build a franchise around, why?

Give me Boogie in a heartbeat over Brow. Hell, give me KAT over Brow.

I guess I just don't get the hype and the love that's thrown on him.

I mean he averages 26 points a game, shoots 56% from the field, is shooting 38% from 3 this season, 79% free throws, averages about 2.5 blocks per game...

Davis is insanely good. Just very fragile.

    Score and block shots?

He is 3 years younger, much better on defense, and a lot less of a headache. Give me Brow any day of the week. Injuries are the only valid concern.

What I was getting at is that I don't believe there to be the gaps that YNK indication. I don't think LBJ and KD are on their own tier, etc.

The Warriors look awful tonight. Also, I can't see how anyone likes Westbrook--he's a very talented player and probably one of the best but his attitude just rubs me the wrong way.
