expect the worst. that way, when it's even worse than that, you can ask 'how could it possibly get any worse?' and the cycle can start over again.

Hey, they got the win. Bradford looked like a zombie last night. There's no way he plays against the Packers, right?

If he gets better physically and has a good week of practice, I would still start him over Keenum. He wasn't ready for last night's game.

We beat the pack and Barr took out Rodgers with a clean hit and now we're top in the North.

    And Teddy is coming back.

(although I think we should keep rolling with Keenum for a while)

Plus Ravens and Browns our next two games.

Plus I'm going to the game on Sunday (which means we'll probably lose). First game since I went to the US Bank Stadium opening debut against the Pack.

Should be 6 and 2 after London. The lone good thing the Browns had on offense is now hurt (Joe Thomas), so that doesn't bode well for whoever is playing QB.

They activated Teddy B, and put Bradford on IR. Never would have thought after last season, that by this mid-season we'd have Teddy B ready to take his team back, and Bradford likely haven taken his last snap as a Viking.

You think Teddy steps in soon or will it take an injury/bad playing from Case?

Part of me wants to see Teddy starting if he's %100 healthy. The other says let Case continue and Teddy play the backup roll.

Either way I hope we come out strong after the BYE unlike last year.

Unless he starts single-handedly losing games for them, I say keep Keenum under center for the next 3-4 weeks. After that, if Teddy has no restrictions and would give the team a better chance to win in December as they push for the playoffs, make the switch.

As a long time STL rams fan, I really wanted bradford's career to work out. he came into an abysmal rams team, with amendola as his best reciever, multiple coaching changes, learning new offenses, bad O lines, injuries. When he gets a healthy string of games he show's his quality, but that's moot if he can't stay fit. Will the vikings let him go??

Bradford is done here. They won't invest starting QB money in that cardboard toilet paper tube he calls a knee. With Teddy right now, due to the whole PUP thing, they are eligible to make 2018 the 4th year of his rookie contract, then 2019 as a 5th year option is back on the table, which would only cost the team $12 million if they pick it up. If Teddy is good to go, they could have him as a cheap starting QB for two seasons before having to pay him real starting QB money.

Yeah Bradford is gone. Them deciding to hang onto Sloter means they didn't think he would clear waivers. They obviously think enough of him to keep him around over an ailing Bradford.

I don't think they can toll the contract now that he's active. I think that was only if he stayed on PUP/IR the entire year. And they've already declined his 5th year option.

How would we know? Before his injury, Teddy showed massive upside but was not the finished product by any means.

I'm 100% on the Case Keenum bandwagon. Unless his play dramatically declines and it's apparent he's losing us games, then bring in Teddy. Otherwise, don't upset the apple cart.

Ohhhhhh baby. Team looked good today. Outside of Case’s two INT’s that offense was humming. Can’t take Case out right now. He’s earned to keep the job.

case is bi-polar, dood is on or off.

teddy tearing up on sideline was great.

let's keep this rolling with the rams in town.

I graduated from UNL. Live in Minneapolis now. I skipped seeing the Huskers last weekend in favor of a Foo Fighters show in South Dakota.

    It was the correct decision.

I like Teddy and want him to succeed but I think the idea of him has become a bit overrated. The guy wasn't exactly lighting the world on fire his first few years. Solid for sure, and to be fair the offense was very centered on AP and lacked the current weapons. But I think it's unfair to assume that for THIS season he has the better upside than Keenum. He hasn't taken a snap in a game in almost 2 years. There is bound to be rust and a period of time where he needs to reacclimate to the speed of the game and the contact. Who knows how long that could be. Not to mention the potential mental hurdles after such a bad injury that he suffered. If I'm the Vikings I only put him in if it's apparent that Keenum is falling apart and becoming detrimental to the team's chances of winning.
