The arguments in there are a little twisted.

The number of smokers v. dealers has to be heavily weighted in the favor of smokers. Low level pot dealers dont really make all that much money, I know plently that do it just to essentially break even and smoke for free.

So stupid that federal law doesn't recognize state law, like in California.

Maybe Canada will legalize it federally first and that will bring more attention to the issue south of the border.

Pot should be legal, regulate it, remove the criminal element. Of course anyone that's seen "The Palermo Connection" knows there are lots of powerful people that don't want it legal.
