actually it's 3 hours away (probably 4 till DMB). the show starts at 7, and Germany is 6 hrs ahead of EST

So this soundcheck everyone speaks of is the band noodling around a few hours before the show? Do they ever play the same songs they would at the show?

Oh and... may the setlist hate begin...

usually there are oodles of noodles, but yeah, typically they use the soundcheck to practice songs they're planning on bringing back soon. a lot of times you'll get a few staple songs just to.. ya know.. check the sound but especially when summer hits, soundchecks are a big indicator of what songs are going to be brought back.

I wonder how long they rehearsed? I remember before the 2003 tour, they had a huge three day rehearsal, and it brought about some of the most unpredictable and awesome set lists we had seen in a while.
