Yea so it’s looking like my dog dying might have kept me from getting Covid. I was staying with Lee, so our movements and interactions would have been the same Saturday and Sunday if I hadn’t had to fly home early.
I have no symptoms. Tested negative yesterday and again today.

Certainly makes me pause before heading to shows, but we did our part and got the vaccine so if we get sick it’s mild

I only got to see the Friday WPB show, so in addition to all the morbid thoughts I've been having thinking I might have Covid, I'm also thinking: "Are you fucking kidding me? THAT is the setlist I came back and got Covid for?"

Negative test thoughts your way man. Have not been able to keep up much around here so hadn't heard what happened with your furry buddy; all my best in your guys in that direction.

Stay healthy everybody. At the very least try to get more sleep if you normally burn all three ends of the candle.

This is a good point - My numbers are going into Texas's bucket and Roose is going into PA or NJ's bucket, but shouldn't it really count for Florida? Florida, being such a tourist state, likely is doing even worse than the numbers show.

But to the point above, shouldn’t we also then count the influx of tourists that brought it with them to Florida over the past year? Covid isn’t just going out of FL. People brought it in with them (or substitute any state. If people travel, it goes both ways).

I can’t imagine the number of people that traveled to Disney, the beach, or to these shows even, that were already infected and passed it along while in Florida.

I mean I’m kind of annoyed I’m defending Florida, but common sense tells you it’s not just tourists going home with Covid. Some brought it with them.

My case is reasonably mild - feels like a moderate cold. I did sleep 10 hours last night, when my normal is 5-6.
