I did this for awhile, because every single thing I ordered was taking 4-5 days. They'd just send me an update that the delivery date had been changed.
Now when I call and say it's supposed to take 2 days. They say that's delivery time only, not shipping and shipping could take as long as necessary. And act like I'm an idiot for not knowing the difference between shipping time and delivery time. But they still give me a refund. I'm guessing they'll be rewording the "2 day" policy sooner than later.
