Yeah in this age of dmb I did it isn't the worst. It's bad, but it's not the worst. That's unfortunate because the band has made so many horrible tunes since then it makes I did it seem not as bad

Vocal haters on here have successfully piled on Spaceman. Rashawn's part is awesome and the rest isn't bad at all. I've never heard a hater actually give legitimate reasons why it sucks.

I love spaceman too. Was fortunate enough to see the debut and always go to that version. While unfortunately cornbread usually follows, at this point I'd think I'd rather get spacebread at a show over a proudest monkey satellite segue.

Stolen Away on 55th & 3rd for sure, it has just crept on me throughout the years. Hearing it in acoustic sets I think really elevated its status for me.

Rashawn is awesome on it, and it has a great groove. Stefan and Carter make that song so good

I don’t understand how anyone could hate Bayou. The version of Angel on “Live at Folsom Field” is one of my faves. Love Mercy, Steady as We Go is my wedding song, I’ll back you up, cornbread? Really? Too High, beach ball, and I loved everyday from the start.

I'm confused why people would hate sleep to dream her or stolen away. I get they aren't high energy live and came from albums most assume are terrible but they are beautifully jazzy songs. These are two I'd figure would sound terrible without Roi but was pleasantly surprised the treatment stolen away received in the acoustic sets.

That's pretty much the consensus on these boards. Only song i truly hate is Bayou.

Stolen Away is a waste of those same 3 damn notes Dave keeps singing over again for 5 whole minutes. Guitar part isn't any more exciting.

Yeah I'm not going to refute any of that. What draws me into stole away though is what Roi contributes to the song. That sax line is beautiful and often gets stuck in my head.
