I totally disagree with this. Bob Seger owns this one. Metallica does it justice, but Seger wins without question.

Naked Brothers Band did a pretty mean cover of Pat Benatars "You better Run" last night at the local county fair.

No way, The Beatles version of Tomorrow Never Knows is better than Phil Collins version and their version of I Am The Walrus is better than Oasis'.

I haven't heard this one before, but I'm immediately intrigued. I love Massive Attack and Peter Gabriel. I can't imagine a collaboration between the two being anything less than mind-blowing.

"Where Did You Sleep Last Night?" by Nirvana comes to mind. Originally an old old blues tune by Leadbelly, but Nirvana does an amazing version on Unplugged

No doubt, it's very cool. I was hesitant to put it in there because you can't really cover yourself, but given that it's two artists I think it fits.

If you can't find it on a P2P site I'll see if I have it somewhere.

(Just picked up Protection on 2LP MINT vinyl, can't wait to spin it!)

Found it on a Peter Gabriel torrent called Ultra Rare Trax. I'll grab it when I get home. They don't look too kindly on using work computers for that sort of thing...
