I know :/ My wife and I really liked him while he made his run. We were hoping he would have kept going through Alex's final episodes. We for sure thought he would do some serious damage at the TOC.

Gotta agree. Ken doesn't have the voice imo, this guy has so much poise and command. He said he was a producer but he looks seasoned behind a camera

I do not believe for one second that Richards "didnt know until a few days prior to him hosting".



There has been speculation that he has been planning, and pushing for it, long before Alex was gone.

I don't like it. Feels a bit preachy, not subtle. Alex was always about expressing kindness and he didn't need to overtly say it, it just flowed from him.

I like the sentiment, no doubt, I just don't like the expression. And his "as Alex said" feels like he's trying to convince me it's ok for him to say it. Just rubs me the wrong way.

I read about that on Yahoo on Thursday or Friday. I've seen a couple of the shows he was on. I was kind of irked about him, but not because of him answering "wha" to every answer. It's because while he's playing the game, he doesn't seem to have a personality. I guess thats him just being "in the zone" He almost acts like he's irritated during the game.

I look at it this way: incredibly smart people are all super odd in some way. He seems to just come off more in-the-zone and focused and it translates weird. I don't mind it.

Matt is on a good streak. Would've been awesome if he answered the Final Jeopardy answer correctly. If he had he would've won over $70,000 dollars. Its ok, $6,700 isn't to bad. Need to remember to watch Thursday. This weeks guest host is also really good.

I only watched a couple of his eps but I found him to be too dull/dry overall. Didn't enjoy as much as I had hoped for.

Just seeing the reports. Many people liked him when he was on. Not to surprising if it becomes true. Most others who have guest hosted already have other things going on. They could probably work it into their schedule if they wanted to, but why should Jeopardy take the risk? No matter who gets the job, theres going to be a group of people who are unhappy.

I really enjoyed Ken and Buzzy and they are the two that don't really have other gigs. Mike was good, just a little too slick for my liking. He'll be great though and I'll still watch it every day.

Ken actually works for Jeopardy as a consulting producer. I think he said publicly if he was offered the hosting gig, he'd respectfully decline.
