Oh, I’d disagree by a country mile. I think we’ve had a lot of great designs. More good than bad.

Really frustrating when you see the average DMB poster vs what other poster bands are getting on a regular basis

Most bands aren’t subbing out half their tour schedule to a mass produced clip artist like methane tho

It's kinda funny that one of the cooler posters for the year is for a 21 year old archival release...

I liked a good chunk of the posters outside of methanes. I will never understand why the keep contracting with methane.

I'd guess that larger deal is easier to coordinate and the profits cuts better for RLM. They also have an obvious long standing relationship that each side keeps nurturing...sort of...

Still want the time machine tour poster. If anyone can grab and ship one from any of the shows, I got venmo...

Only thing that throws me off is the color scheme but it’s great overall.

Makes sense. I just wish they would have a large contract with someone else haha. I’m assuming the posters sell if they keep going back to them. I would be interested to see the printed and leftover totals after a tour.

True, but at the same time they’re still doing 20ish Methane ones. Methane should not be doing double digit prints each year. My opinion is that an artist should not get more than 5 in a tour.

last night’s Methane (star couple on top of the old car) was reminiscent of the Merriweather moon. Nice enough, but also lazy and uninspired.

Yeah you could name a couple hundred similar prints, railbird, the one where the young children are catching fireflies etc.

Anyone at the show manage to get one? I heard something on dmbpc about the merch people not being able to find the boxes? Didn’t see nearly as many poster tubes walking around last night either.

Rumor in dmbpc; someone inquired to Eads’ people and they replied that he has N2.

That was a screenshot in a fb group so take that for what it’s worth but it was enough to get me excited.
