For those that know this venue well is the premier parking pass worth it in terms of getting out easier? I know this venue can be a nightmare. I was there 3 years ago for dmb and it wasn't terrible but I left at the start of the last encore song.

Yes.. i get it every year so I can get out of there and not have to wait.

yeh next week looks rainy on the east coast. Doesn't mean a wash out though. Hopefully Tuesday will be dry. Not as hot though so that's good.

Now it’s a 90% chance of thunderstorms. Not exactly a sure thing though. ATL called for rain as well the night of the show and we didn’t get a drop there. Fingers crossed because I’m not under the cover

I'm 90% sure you can't purchase as you pull in. I got mine and paid for it with my warehouse tickets, but if it's not on Ticketmaster/Live Nation I've bought them off of reputable third party sites in the past as well for other shows at this venue.

Doing some rummaging through storage the past couple of days and came across old SHN disks and such. I had backed up some downloaded videos and came across this interview from the original incarnation of Sessions@AOL. It was recorded at this venue on 2002-07-12 in support of the release of Busted Stuff. Kind of funny.. nothing earth shattering, but it's entertaining to look back at these days and remember. That night was a pretty great show performance-wise. Highlights were The Stone and LIOG. Thought I'd post this here first. Happy show week everybody! Safe Travels if you're coming from far away.

They'll postpone if there's lightning. I've been to a couple of shows in the rain there, and everything went on as normal. Lightning, different story.

Scattered shower/tstorm chances are pretty high into tues night. We just have to hope for a good rain free window and/or the heavier stuff setting up over a different area. Either way it will probably be nearby.

Looking at the weather models it seems like most of the rain may be in the afternoon. Hard to say for sure but it seems like it's trending a little better. Would be a longshot to say no rain at all though.

I'm in full fledged excitement mode now. I have the best tickets I've ever had to a show, and it's the first time in my life I won't have to road trip. (moved to Charlotte last summer)

Hoping for one or more of JTR, Grace, Pig, Bartender, Rhyme, BOWA or Lie I’m Our Graves to pop up tomorrow. Doesn’t seem like a lot to ask for Charlotte. We usually get pretty good sets.
