Deadpool is the one character that could easily transition to the MCU. His 4th wall breaking power allows him to throw out a one liner that would just hand-wave any issues away.

Deadpool would never make in the Disney Marvel Cinematic Universe. These movies are about as kid friendly as possible, no chance they let Deadpool anywhere near it. He will probably stay tucked away in his own corner if he were to even move to Disney at all.

I don't think they'll ditch the Deadpool character.

If they recast Ryan then they'll have a mutiny on their hands. If they try to make him PG-13, it'll bomb (at least creatively). From my perspective, he is the one character that makes sense to continue.

And they don't even have to use him Avengers or anything. He could do some cameos with PG-13 humor and it'd be no big deal.

I guess Kevin Feige, Bob Iger, and the various industry reports are all lying.

The only time they'll hold Deadpool back is in Avengers films where he'll have to stay PG-13.

Right, what I’m saying is that sure, Deadpool will be there. But he won’t be the Deadpool we will have seen for two movies. It’s disney... regardless of any studio/exec reassurances (which I haven’t personally seen anywhere), I’m very skeptical of their being attached to a character like that in its truest form, a la what we have seen/will see in his two Fox R-rated films.

I don’t think I’m making some outlandish prediction here, when has Disney ever released a movie with a character like Deadpool in it?

That trailer actually increased my hype for Venom, unlike the first teaser trailer. A little on the nose with the "embrace your inner anti-hero" tagline but the tone seems in my wheelhouse and it's Tom Hardy, so I have faith it will be good.

Okay question...I’m watching Civil War and they get to the scene where Bucky and Cap are in the apartment when everyone thinks Bucky killed the black panther’s father and they’re just kind of hanging out and talking like all is normal. Last I remember, cap was getting Bucky to try and remember him at the end of Winter Soldier, but to no avail. Was there ever any sort of emotional reunion between those two or no?

Nothing too special but still looks fun. Hopefully Michael Pena's character isn't too over the top.
