    Man, the NHL schedulers really know how to drag out a round of the playoffs. 3 days in between some games seems excessive.

    Kind of wild that I grew up just outside a city that lost a team (Whalers) and 27 years later live in a city getting a team.

    Deposit for season tix is in. Stoked.

    This year's NY Rangers might be the biggest underdog top seed President's Trophy winners in history. All of the commentary going into the playoffs is about how "open of a field" these playoffs are, or how the betting favorites are Carolina, Florida and Dallas. TSN won't even acknowledge the Rangers at all. No one is picking them to win the Cup it seems. I think everyone has truly bought into the President's Trophy curse and just ruled them out completely.

    I hope that gives the Rangers even more of a chip on their shoulders and drive to prove everyone wrong.

    Happy the Kings pulled out the win to secure Oilers matchup. 3rd times a charm??

    And Stacia Robitaille invited us to their house to watch game 1 cause cause she “didn’t wanna watch alone” what? I seriously wonder how many people will be there or if it’s just us.
