Yeah that's exactly what it is. I;m not arguing with that. A lot of the players buy in, and the ones that don't are gone. They are arguably the first franchise of this generation to have that mission statement. Almost every other team sacrifices values for players, overpays for players, holds onto good players too long, etc. All of that is part of the patriots way.
Case in point, if BB was the HC of the Eagles last year, Foles would have been flipped for several picks and Peters would have been released.
It's more than how they handle discipline situations, it's how the organization is run from top to bottom
