They deleted both accounts, I can't log in and while they were quick to counter my emails the last two days they refuse to respond today where I directly ask for when these tickets are shipping.
We all know they're will calling them
I am disputing instants with my credit card company and will dispute charges on my sons card because they're not delivering tickets.
As far as their you accepted policies on will call bullshit.
You can't punish a fan for their perceived bullshit by not allowing them to do what the Warehouse encourages, which is sell tickets at face value to other fans.... which I am doing. So... I'm disputing , then if I lose, going to small claims here in NY.... let them spend money on a lawyer . I'll represent myself.
BTW- I am 2 for 2 in small claims cases
