Quick question, I have been going to spac 6 years straight, im going Saturday and thinking of getting lawn for Friday, I noticed there still availability on ticketmaster, will lawn sell out soon?

Lawn most likely won't sell out for N1.

And typically these days Live Nation sends out emails a day or 2 before a show sells out to give warning.

wait it out until the week of - even if it sells out you can get lawn tickets very close (if not less) to face value on stubhub - clearly i don't condone that site but you can pay very minimal over face. worth the premium instead of purchasing now then trying to dump them if/when you come across N1 seats

If the billing address was the same on both credit cards, they will catch you. It's a pretty easy for them to check. They can't run the check strictly against names because more than one person can have the same name. Did you use the same exact card and billing address twice?

How did they notify you of the issue? Email?

I used my sons card with separate billing address for tickets.

It was the actual membership payment that tripped me up... same billing address.

That's fine... but they're now refusing to tell me when tickets ship... so they have until Friday to answer or dispute on card will progress. I will take them to small claims court as well. Their policies of will call border illegal because they ENCOURAGE trading to fans for face value, which I've done.

They deleted both accounts, I can't log in and while they were quick to counter my emails the last two days they refuse to respond today where I directly ask for when these tickets are shipping.

I am disputing instants with my credit card company and will dispute charges on my sons card because they're not delivering tickets.

As far as their you accepted policies on will call bullshit.

You can't punish a fan for their perceived bullshit by not allowing them to do what the Warehouse encourages, which is sell tickets at face value to other fans.... which I am doing. So... I'm disputing , then if I lose, going to small claims here in NY.... let them spend money on a lawyer . I'll represent myself.

Just a FYI, you may need to go to Virginia to sue them. Litigation is not my field so I'm not an expert with jurisdiction, I may be wrong, but just something to keep in mind.

I am going to say tomorrow (4/18/19) has a pretty high likelihood of being 'the day'. Friday is a pseudo-holiday (Good Friday and Passover), some businesses will be closed, so putting my money on tomorrow.
