Instant Tickets

Ok, so I was on the Instant Ticketing hitting refresh at 1PM and it didn't change for me. Then at 1:14 I hit refresh and it showed up but clearly that was 14 minutes after the drop. I saw someone post a week or so ago saying that you had to go through the actual email link to get to the Instant Ticketing but I thought that was a joke. It used to be the only way to get good seats out of Instant Ticketing was to click refresh and beat the email. I'm assuming that has changed and I really do need to be refreshing my email account and not Warehouse? Is that right?

(Luckily I was only after Gorge so I didn't miss anything).

How it went for me:

2:00EST Got Email
2:00EST Refreshed the page on my computer - Nothing
2:01EST Opened the link in the email on my phone - Instants Up
2:02EST Refreshed the page on my computer - Nothing
2:20EST Refreshed the page on my computer - Instants Up

WH kept logging me out on both devices every time I refreshed too

Wow. So they have actually put real protections in place to prevent people from grabbing all the good tickets at once and to stop people from just auto refreshing the Instant Ticketing page over and over again. It sounds like there is now a ~10 minute window where you have to go through that email and that email only.

Were you able to get back in through that email and buy tickets (once you had closed the Warehouse page that you had opened)?

Ya there were no issues closing/refreshing and getting back to tickets through the link in the email.

Thanks for the info. Looks like in late May I'll be refreshing my stupid email account around 1PM instead of the Instant Ticketing page.

Just saw this on Warehouse. They said for the first initial moments you have to click on this link to get access to instants. I'm assuming it will change somehow slightly when Series B/C/D are done.

I had pits for Dallas at about 201 but by the time I entered my CC info a minute later and clicked the button to place the order it said that they were no longer available. When I refreshed the page only reserved seating was left. Was so pissed!

What CC info did it need? The entire # or just the 3 digit code? I wonder if we can update our profiles to have it ready to go?

Since it's a new series it needs your entire cc info. I assume there's a Google pre-fill function that we might be able to use to pre-fill a lot of the info?

Based on the past, it is too early. From looking at what they did in 15 and 16 it is basically almost a month a part for each series. That being said, 2018 was all one big dump. Hopefully the have gone back to the old way but it always possible they are going to get it done faster this year.
