Yeah, to Graham's point - Ramirez had multiple failed tests while playing. Clemens and Bonds had none. Hence writers voting for Thome, Rolen, Clemens, and Bonds... but not Ramirez.

Literally nobody said that. What people are saying is that they never failed a steroids test during their career - which Ramirez did, multiple times.

It's widely regarded that both Clemens and Bonds used PEDs, however they never failed a test while playing.

I'm looking at the tracker. He only needs to be on 50% of the remaining ballots to make it in. He's the clear #2 here.
