Curb Your Enthusiasm

New season started last night.....for those of you who watch it, what was your opinion? I was really disappointed in it, and I hope it picks up the pace a bit....

i also did not laugh as hard as i normally do with this season premiere. i think they started up a bunch of potentially funny ideas that can lead the show to be as hilarious as it left off in the 3rd season, but last night wasn't anything too special. i ordered 1st season on dvd recently...that was a good season...

I guess that it's hard to live up to what those first 3 seasons were.....but that really was a let down, except for the part with the guy in the wheelchair on his cell phone.....that was pretty funny...the rest was just flat...

The first few times I watched it, I just did not get what was so funny....I thought that Larry David was trying to be too Woody Allen-ish or something....but once it clicks, it's hysterical....

a lot depends on which episode you watch also....The Nanny, The Doll, and Krazy Eyez Killah are a few of the best ! Plus, Corpse Sniffing Dog is funny too..

I dunno, I thought it was pretty good.....

Tang is a good name..... I mean its a citrus drink, but it has a chinese undertone......

and the ramble about bowling balls abnd bowling shoes was hillarious. Larry to single girl in Karoke Bar.......

Karoke is fun. Something to go along with bowling and movies. I like to bowl, problem is I cna never find a ball that fits. Thats always my problem, unless of course you own a ball.... Do you own a ball? I dont own a bowling ball because it takes up too much space in the closet...and then Im like why do I have this ball? I never bowl...and its not like you can give it away...you cant throw it out who would throw out a bowling ball? it weights too much... ahh well, I'll be around.

Anyone catch Episode 32 last night? [Ben's Birthday Party]

This season is going to be hilarious. Last night showed how good it is already. The titmouse, the look on Larry's face when he's grabbing that girl's tits, "I love tits," Larry's Klan Meeting. Jesus I could go on and on. I laughed constantly.

    Funniest show on TV.

yeah, last nights episode was great. i love that ben stiller is in this season thus far. the fact that susie plays the most bi polar person in the universe kills me. one minute its "hey larry, check out the shirts i'm selling." when larry obviously doesn't like them its "fuck you, you cocksucking motherfucker." then when larry buys one its "oh, i knew i liked you." then when the blind guy is wearing it its "fuck you you dirty cocksucking motherfucker," again. did that make sense. jeff kills me too.

Yeah, Susie is great. When larry turns down the house tour last season, "Ok Larry get the fuck out of my house"

    "OK i'll take the tour"

"no, its too late. im turned off. no tour for you" <--gotta love the soup nazi reference

Yep, that's what makes it so hilarious...although, he does bring up a lot of stuff many people probably think about...like what was he supposed to do with the stick for the kebab when he finished eating it? Or the fiasco with the shirt and telling the blind guy his girlfriend wasn't that attractive...and the list could go on from here till eternity....

Its kind of weird though, with this season.... the episodes actually have a continuing plot and story. Though it looks as if he wont be able to hang for too long with this whole "Producers" thing. Gotta love the 3 day grace period to celebrate birthday's. Why not just forget it and wait until next year??? You missed it!!! Forget about it. Good stuff indeed.

Season 1 comes out dvd tomorrow.

ok, pretty funny episode last night, but i thought it would have been funnier if haboosh (or however you spell her name) was drop dead gorgeous and larry wanted her and she was the one who *popped* in his head. but then again, this is why i'm not a writer.
