People have said this about shows I've attended as well. I get they were a "had to be there" type environment and no tape or setlist is going to capture what you experienced. But I am looking at it objectively.

My show was Live Trax 32. Highly considered one of the worst releases of all time. I had a wonderful night though, and thought the band sounded great in person. The release doesn't do it justice.

Go check it out. It’s around the 7:20 mark.
I’m going to retract this statement. I went back to listen again when I got home and it’s not there. My mind must’ve been telling me it was there. And before you ask, I was completely sober when listening earlier. I also listened to it several times and heard it each time.

Being there in 2010 for that awesome Everday with Vusi made Everday this go around extremely underwhelming. Crowd was barely singing.

I was listening to this on my headphones on my train ride home and thought I heard what he said (like he's done so many time before). I listened to it several times saying to myself, "no f'ing way". I heard him introduce BT. When I got home and put it on the sonos for my son to listen to, I was like, "WTF?!?!?! There's no mention of BT in that song. Not even close." By then, it was too late to go back and edit my post with my retraction.

OK, in an attempt to redeem myself. Did anyone at N1 hear Rashawn play a few notes of the Chuck Mangione song, The Land of Make Believe during Sleep to Dream Her? That's a definite... my wife and I both heard during the show and I confirmed it on the recording. It's at the 5:50 mark of the song and lasts about 15 seconds.

That's interesting will give that a listen. I love Chuck Mangione, grew up listening to my dad play feels so good over and over again in the 80s.
