8. Lyrics bring it down, but not nearly as much as everyone seems to think. I think they're good with the exception of the chorus. And the music is a 9. Carter's beats (actually every beat) are great, and every person in the band has a complex part in this song.

I don't understand how anyone can not like this song.... Their acoustic sound is back. It has a ton of live potential. I don't know what people expect of them anymore.... I think they are going in the right direction from these last 2 albums.

I'm feeling a decent 7. If the chorus lyrics weren't so weak it would be an 8. Anything higher than an 8 needs to be really quite special for me.

IF this song was written in 1993 everybody would love it, but since it is brand new people will say lyrics are bad or it's cheesy.
