BSMF will almost certainly be Friday the 3rd. The festival organizers sent an email out to ticket purchasers alluding to a female headliner (likely Cardi B) on the 5th.

I'm not in the know, but there were 47 shows last summer, and by all accounts this tour is 1) starting earlier than normal and 2) is going many places the band hasn't been in years without many established places being dropped, so the safe bet is over, IMO.

The “hint” pics that BSMF has released over the last 2+ months pretty much told that DMB would be playing (it was a guy laying down with a dream cloud coming from his head, with what appears to be 4 table legs in the top 2 corners=UTTAD), then they started their song of the day hints, with the 1st song being Crash

Also, in years past when they’ve played both BSMF and Jazzfest, it’s been Memphis on the Friday before

WH Ticket Guidelines still say 2018 and the ticket status page still has 2018 winter tour confirmations......seems like a lot for the WH to clean out in the next 20 hours.

My thought has always been that one of 1/22 announcement, 2/22 public sale was wrong. Too much time between the two. Have your sources said anything further about the latter?
