It absolutely should be made more than a few times per year. Even the bags of stuffing mix are delicious. Sauté some diced onions, add some broth, the mix..... mmmmmm. So scrumptious.

Good point. I think my main hold back is I'd really prefer turkey stock,I certainly don't always have that around and they don't sell it in stores here. The dish isn't my wife's favourite either (which does mean more for me when I make it.)

As a resident of TN, this is discouraging though. Our state's elected officials are subpar at best. Usually much worse.

We've had some (IMO) pretty good Democratic candidates in the last few elections, but seeing this reminds me that they'll never win. Kinda heartbreaking.

If it isn't thawed by the morning you can always do the cold water thaw. It supposed to be 30 mins per pound. I've been in your situation before.

Nuts and sausage and seafood do not belong. If you aren’t using the liver, you’re doing it wrong. Putting the stuffing in the bird is an abomination unless your going to feed that particular bird to the dogs and have a separate bird that isn’t over cooked AF.

I’m not a cook all, but I gave a crack at making baked mac and cheese as a side dish. I think it turned out good, but won’t know for sure until we cut into it tomorrow. It’s a lot more complicated than I thought. I didn’t know what a “roux” was until a couple days ago.
