    wow... I think there is literally NOTHING that I didn't absolutely dig about that trailer. I never imagined they'd show us THAT much THIS soon! and that they actually give us non-live attendees a proper look at it.

    although, I still have my doubts of how well Aquaman can fit into any story without it possibly seeming very contrived. I mean, if where they are/what they're doing doesn't happen to involve or be near water at all, what the hell does he do?

    Haven't really read Aquaman stuff in years and years, but I'm pretty sure he's like superstrong and shit on land. So kinda just your generic run of the mill superhero when not in the water, but still enough that he can do cool shit I guess?

    Aquaman can do quite a lot.

    - he can control sea life
    - he has superhuman strength
    - he has super senses
    - in some books, he had healing abilities
    - he can breathe underwater, of course
    - in some books he could control water
    - he has the Trident of Neptune, which can send out electric charges, create force fields, and in some stories it had the power to transform other life into other forms
    - he can also control the weather

    actually I realized, there is a part in the trailer I'm not totally behind. I'm not really digging the "I'm real when it's useful" line from Batman to Cyborg. like is it just supposed to sound cool, and/or clever in some way? yea, ultimately it's a small thing but... it's not either to me.

    ya know what, I'm not really even sure, and that itself feels like kinda odd. The line just didn't sit well with me, and like I'm trying to see what they're even trying to say with it. Don't know really if it's even a cut on Bats at all

    edit: and btw, all fairness "upset" is definitely too strong of a word, for how I feel. it just sorta jumped out at me, in SOME degree of negativity.

    JL trailer was a little jokey but it was fun, I trust Snyder, I think it'll be good

    WW trailer was great, I'm iffy about SS but I think DCEU is still heading in a good direction

    Once an actual action trailer (rather than Affleck recruiting like a college football coach) is released, I think more will be on board. Had the critics/journalists not completely shit on BvS, this 2 minute teaser would not have been shown.
