They're mostly soundboards from 97 and 99 (more details in the text file) that are really great recordings of quality shows from arguably D+T's two best tours. There's some other stuff mixed in, like Dave solo What You Are. But all in all, great recordings of great versions of great songs.

That's what it was called first.

Weight of the World became Leave Me Praying (or, as it was called on the official setlists at the time, "New Song, No Name") and then eventually Don't Drink the Water.

I just re-downloaded these because I lost the original version I had a while back. I can't remember if this was a problem previously but some of the songs have skips or weird sounds in random parts, is that the case for everyone? If so can someone help me out or point me in the right direction of where I can get a full perfect quality of the lost acoustics? Thanks

Specifically Crash Into Me and a weird drum/cymbal sound during minarets/dream I killed God, and some other parts as well. I remember my original copy being perfect all the way through. If someone could hook me up with a version of this without the skips or pops I would be very happy cuz this compilation is sick.

I just downloaded them from ZachR and god damn I never realized how good this is. 1997 was a great year for Dave and Tim. Are the other compilations (till we dance away/ Bitter Blue Discs) this good quality?

The Lost Acoustics sounds way better than any other compilation I have heard.

I used to have this and I think I had the torrent, not ZackR's. I had the same problem. My guess was that someone had these on CD that had some scratches, uploaded them to share and the skips come from those scratches on their discs.
