The venue is pretty unique. The setlists are never really too impressive because its a one off weekday tour stop. Depends what you are looking for. NYC is not far away if that's your thing. You can get from NYC to the venue in about an hour via train and uber. If you're just looking to come in for a day or two and be near the venue, I suppose there are some things to do on Long Island (like the beach) but nothing overly impressive. Tailgating is decent. If it doesn't rain, its usually a real good time, but for some reason, we have bad luck with rain on DMB days (which is weird because during the summer here, it really doesn't rain a lot). Hotels shouldn't be expensive if you stay on long island.
