I'm going to both and have done it before. There's usually only a couple of repeats, but I'm expecting at least 3-4 this time around with the new release. The Gilford shows today and tomorrow will be a good indication of the number of repeats.

If you could choose, would you want DMB to play the new album in its entirety at the show or not?

Pros: It would be a legendary show for hardcores and be remembered for a while as they probably wouldn't do it ever again; all of your favorite songs would be played

Cons: All of your least favorite songs from the album would be played; by playing the whole album, that means less time for other songs that you may want to hear.

From the new album, I like Idea of You, Come Tomorrow, Come On Come On, Samurai Cop and Virginia in the Rain the best. Can't get into Black and Blue bird at this point. But the album is growing on me.

If I could switch out YMDT with BOWA last night, that'd have been a 5 star show for me.

There will always be songs that i don't enjoy as much as others, so to hear the entire album in a show would be pretty cool, especially considering there are a lot that haven't been played yet. On average, how long does it take to get out of the free lots after the show? I've only been there once, back in 2016. I heard horror stories. I was parked towards the very back of the lot (I got there early) and the wait to get out wasn't all that band. Maybe 30 / 40 minutes at best. Was I just extremely lucky?

Hoping to get back to CT at a reasonable time to get some sleep before I head in to Hartford in the afternoon.

two years ago I was at a Mansfield show it poured for about 45mins..I was in the last row of the covered pavilion every time the wind blew i got soaked.


I also was on the lawn for Blink 182 during a rain storm..it was misery

I've parked in the paid lots twice..once for a warped tour and it took about 75mins and the lot was half empty....then back probably 15 years ago it took me almost two hours...

But I'm in the same boat..I live over an hour from Mansfield without traffic and want to get back at a reasonable time to get up and drive to Hartford. I'll probably take the risk and leave at the encore just to give myself that extra 20mins

I think they did that for AFTW at one of the stops during that "album tour"

So I think it was asked earlier in the thread but not answered - ticket time of 8pm, is there no opening act? Looks like total song time has been in the 2 hour 15 minute range, so I imagine they go on around 8:15-8:30?

no opening acts, doors were open at 6 in Gilford, usually on 8:20 ballpark

Anyone sitting in section 6? We have a group of people in row T and then i have a few in Row N. Looking to get everyone back in row T before the show so if anyone is in Row T that wants to bump up a few rows, let me know.

Will also accept Row S and U - seats 31-34 as this is where I am in Row T

Just in case you didn't know, as of this year, the lot across the street is now owned/operated by Xfinity Center. It's called the Xfinity Xpress Lot. I have parked in this lot the past 7 years and have always been able to get right out after the show, like within minutes, only downside is the 10-15 min walk, but the plus this year is we can reserve a spot as it was always first come/first serve.

I really hope Xfinity Center doesn't find a way to mess it all up and make the exit times super long....Tickets are still available:

No, this is the Lot directly across from the entrance to the Xfinity Center. It's a small lot behind the building and you have to walk across the main street to get into the show. Pretty sure the lots you are talking about are still Private, but I've never parked in them before.

yeah. I think for this Friday I'll stick with what I know and take notice of how it goes for that xpress lot when I'm leaving for next time. I'm going to Hartford the next day so I doubt I'll stick around for encore with a little over an hour drive back home.

Row T - 31, 32, 33, 34 This is where I'l be
Row T - 8, 9
Row N - 30, 31, and 38

I'm happy to trade any of these for anything in Row S, T, or U that would essentially be bordering my Row T 31-34. I'm trying to get my group all together. Can prob swap at the show but wanted to check here first.
