I enjoy it. Two completely different songs to me. If I had to choose, I'd go with 2000 simply because it was the one I heard first and am accustomed to, but I enjoy 2007 versions as well.

Some of them. Especially in 1996 - 1998.

But many of Roi's #41's aren't even close to Jeff's IMO.

I like Roi's better, too. Maybe the past few years Roi was dummed down a little bit, but Jeff is too much for me to handle.

I find the first half of what you say to be undeniable.
Second half is a matter of preference. I enjoy the blistering solos and the way carter seems to react/ the direction the music goes. So I think he is better w/ dmb. But I understand that would be an overwhelmingly minority position here. I'm ok w/ that. Ultimately again, that's a matter of preference.

Ugggghhh...Just tracked my CD. Not gonna be here til September 23rd.

When BW came out, I REFUSED to download it because it took away from the excitement of getting the actual CD, cracking it open for the first time, and listening to it. I think I'll do the same. The temptation to dl is killing me, but good things come to those who wait, right??
