I have had the pleasure of attending many of my almost 200 shows with the same great DMB family, and the it's Dave Day phrase has become an ongoing thing we all get a good laugh out of, and usually say simultaneously once or twice during the day. we're kind of losers

Haha, I gotcha, I was just being a douche. There's a ritual for everyone, I took last summer off, and am looking forward to nothing more than this summer.

Most of my DMB shows include road trips so I of course jam out to DMB on the way.

I did not like the Caravan Summer very much at all. Festivals just aren't my thing anymore. The band was great and I enjoyed that part very much, but even after seeing D&T at Oakdale, I almost feel like I didn't see DMB last summer as weird as that may sound. I am certainly feeling the anxious energy already, of getting back to a normal Summer seeing DMB; I can only imagine how psyched you must be not having seen them at all in over a year.

Fuck yeah to this!!Mostly listen to old school dmb show day. Pre 2007 for sure.

While traveling to shows I usually start off with the regular radio. But then after maybe an hour goes by I can't help but to listen to dmb. Nothing gets me more pumped for a show then listening to dmb.

Btw the radio station I listen to is the classic rock station. Or I have this Led Zeppelin cd that's works as well. Maybe play some Dead as well

I don't listen to them for weeks leading up to any show. that makes the performance super fresh and surprising.

Needed to be a "sometimes" option, but for the last few shows I went to I wouldn't.

I did this going into D&T in Philly. Made the show way more fun IMO.

No. To me, it's akin to engorging yourself on McDonald's before going out for a nice meal at a restaurant.

I mean obviously when tailgating or otherwise hanging out pre-show, it's really hard to avoid hearing DMB music playing somewhere, but c'est la vie.
