band rehearsed day before big hometown show. my friend and i jumped over the fence and raced into the stadium, sat up in the bleachers on the side of the field and were treated to a nice private show! just us, dmb and about 20 other people! got to meet dave later down in the parking garage. unreal

I know a lot of people were disappointed with this show because a lot of people didn't like their new album, Everyday. But I LOVED that album and I loved the stuff that they played. The Neil Young Along the Watchtower cover made this show especially unique and amazing. It was an excellent show. One of the best I've been to.

I lived on Shamrock... a street right off of the stadium.
We had a massive party, bigger than the one Neil Young announced. The RedPull truck parked in our yard and I saw just about anything I could imagine that day.
This girl that came to visit and stay with me wanted to go see the soundcheck and take pictures. Knowing the venue very well... I got us in easily to see the stage decor etc... She snapped off quite a few pictures when that fat douchebag photog Rudy walked up, grabbed her camera and pulled the film out!!! My friend had to hold me back and he called for security and even had the audacity to say "Make sure they don't get in here tomorrow!!!"

Whatta crowd. Dave played mostly the old stuff at first. Watchtower with Neal was over the top. The crowd wanted more Dave and could have listened all night!
