We got front row tickets and it turned out to be the most amazing experience of my life. I held up a sign that said #40, Dave acknowledged it and then played "Ain't it funny.." instead. Yet the next night, he played it...just for me.

HOLY SHIT!!!!!! possibly the best show I've seen...JTR is one of the best openers DMB has! Granny was great! CRUSH!!!!!! been waiting a few years to hear that one...DDTW w/ the ladies was great...Big Eyed>>>Bartender was good.....Say Goodbye will make just about any show special and Two Step closed things out nicely. Stay had everyone dancing in the encore....there is something special about the Gorge as it brings out the best DMB what a beautiful place...lots of davespeak....sooo much energy!

Thanks Dave! This was my first show of many to come. During Stay, Dave walked over to our side of the stage and knelt down, singing to a lady-friend next to me. I damn near passed out (i think that she actually did) Dave gave me a glance and cracked a smile at how ridiculous I looked, open mouthed and paralyzed. The beginning of an oddysey that will end when the band stops touring.

Because of a wedding, I only could make night one. So me and my buddy flew out to Seattle, spent the day at the beach and then the beautiful drive through the mountains onto the Gorge. My highlight was definitely Stone & Say Goodbye. Beautiful venue that I will come back to.

All I gotta say for my first visit to the Gorge is THANK YOU DMB!!! Loved every part of this trip and a special thanks to the crewmembers working the board behind us. Kept feeding us booze outta coolers they had. Good good time!

This was the first time I'd ever been so close to the band, and it was such a different experience. Watching them look at one another, react to each other, just generally getting a feel for their mood was intense. I felt like I could touch them, which was like a drug.
They opened with JTR, and it was instantly clear how excited they were to be playing. The jam went on forever, and it was insane! Boyd screeching his violin while Dave played a chord, then waited, played, then waited, before he finally came in. It was rad. Twatha's Alanis-esque vocals on DDTW were amazing as well. The best performance since BTCS. The whole night was like living in heaven, and watching God perform in the evening. I don't know about you guys, but I'd hella turn gay for any one of them.

My first DMB show. Came all the way from SoCal. Got kicked out by over zealous security before the show. Snuck back in with the help of my girlfriend. It\'s actually a great story, maybe I\'ll write about it someday. Anyway, the band was phenomenal and cemented my love for them. It may be my favorite DMB show of all time.
