This was the largest venue DMB had played at the time. Beck and Ben Folds Five opened. Dave was bugging out at people video recording him and started calling people out about it. I'd never seen him do that, but they still played a great show. "Beauty of Winonna" was my favorite.

First show I ever went to. I had no idea what ti expect and I ended up leaving dissappointed that he didn't play Ants Marching. Solid show. Nothing real stand out about it. Nothing terrible either. Of note is they played Back to Alexandria.

Went with Steve Warren. A beautiful sunny day. I drove my Honda Prelude.
We arrived late. We tailgated in the parking lot for awhile but somehow we missed Ben Folds Five, and half of Beck. The show was a lot of fun. Played a fantastic set list. Our seats were okay. We were pretty high up and off to the side but still had a rocking time. My only complaint was the song that Big Voice Jack did was bit too long and redundant. Otherwise, it was awesome!
Highlights include: Opening the show with “The Best of What’s Around,” awesome versions of “Rapunzel,” “Crush,” and “Don’t Drink the Water.” A great intro to “Recently” with “I’ve seen the lights on Broadway (Sometimes I do)” version had me laughing. It was also the first time I ever heard them do “So Much to Say connected to an awesome funky instrumental jam titled “Anyone Seen the Bridge” and go directly into “Too Much.” Just amazing stuff. “Stay” was so catchy that I was still singing it all the way from the stadium to the parking lot, and into the next day. A great encore ended the night, as DMB played two favorites, “Crash into Me” and their fantastic rendition of “All Along the Watchtower.”

Only time I've been happy to hear the opening chords of Stay! Great all around set, tailgating scene was NUTS, made hartford look calm. BVG and the Tones made this Pig possibly the best ever! Place exploded for Watchtower!

I am not a big fan of the big stadium tours. I miss seeing DMB at the smaller venues. Better atmosphere, more intimate.
