I remember two dudes fighting out in the lawn. The one guy who lost rolled onto my blanket. Great show though!

This was my first DMB concert, and we were in the lawn section. Great show and the people in the lawn were especially cool.

Possibly the best set list I have had the pleasure to have heard. It was a great day to be a Dave fan.

This was my very first Dave show. I was 13 years old and in 7th grade. I was a fan before, but after this show, my life changed forever!!

My first ever show too! I had to go with my Mom... we we're sitting on the lawn and somebody (of course) was smoking a J... I was so nervous that my Mom would freak out. But she didn't :) Hell, she probably wanted to join in.

My fourth DMB show, First Warehouse member tickets. FCK YEAH! The World can yield pretty-good acoustics, but the closer to the stage the better. A LOT of people were climbing over fans to get to the front, not unusual, but towards the end it was kinda crazy and Dave said something. This was the first time I saw the MEATHEAD fans Dave has described as not a fan of those fans and could do without. One guy, who looked like Carrot Top (does today) was yelling at no one but throwing elbows like mad. It was surreal, but it was hard to look away. Seek Up was a phenomenal opener. By the songs end the sun slipped below the horizon and for a short while dusk back lit the venue. Finally, my very first (official) Dancing Nancies Warehouse. This double barrel blast ignited the crowd for the combined 18 minutes song time. Of all the bootlegs I purchased up to then, the Dancing Nancies INTO Warehouse was my favorite TWO-SONG PUNCH. There are some other great band snap-fast segues (e.g. Anyone Seen the Bridge ) but D.N Warehouse was my favorite, band best until 4yrs later: Big Eyed Fish Bartender. And this was still before Stefan leading the crowd w collective HEY! during the Warehouse start/stop first chorus. There were a handful of great memories at this show. Almost every song arraignment was Outdoor Arena Rock Show, w slick stage productions and Dave unending dancing while still playing w broken guitar strings smack-snapping in the air. This was the first time I heard the Typical Situation time signature change in the extended jam. We were taken aback w the encore: Leave Me Praying. The audience looked to one another asking What Song Is This? I heard a few people shushing, saying it was called Eyes/Ways of the World (?). But everyone was All-In towards the end, especially w the This Land Is Your Land lyrical interpolation.

This is the best full band show I have ever seen. The weather was great and the set list was awsome. The highlight of the show was the best version of Weight of the World I have ever heard. Carter and Dave go nuts at the end in a way I have not heard on any other recording. SAL
