This is Pittsburgh's first chance to see DMB as a headliner. The 3-5-95 show was with Bighead Todd and Ugly. DMB could only play an hour or so. But this time PGH got the whole effect. Great passion. One to remember.

My 3rd DMB show. I am realzing that this is a great band and that I will see them anytime I can. Unfortunately, I never travel to see them, so Pittsburgh shows have to do.

This show rocked! I didn't buy a ticket, I was working the venue--selling Pretzels and hot dogs. This was the show that hooked me :) Thanks Horde! Thanks Dave!

My FIRST DMB show. WOW! Small venue, one of my favorite local bands opening (Brownie Mary). Right up against the stage (had to pee in a cup, so I wouldn't lose my spot).

Not only was this my first DMB show ever, but it was also a huge milestone in my life. I went to this show just 3 weeks after receiving a heart/lung transplant at UPMC. I bought my first DMB album (UTTAD) in March of that year, the day before moving into the hospital to wait for my transplant, fell in love with the music, and promptly ordered RTT from redlight. As a extra special bonus, my friends managed to find a promoter during the show, explain that I just got out of the hospital, and got us backstage passes for after the show! I got a chance to meet Dave (and Ashley) and shoot the shit with them for about 15-20 minutes. It was an amazing experience. Oh yeah, and the show was awesome! The setlist was great, venue was small and fun. Weather was great, train passes during a few songs was cool, but a little noisy.
