what can i say, nuthin much to say besides thanks. thanks to dave for a surreal show. my first d&t and hopefully not my last. first off the new song, loved it. very sweet sounding. highlights definitely had to be the maker and then followed by help myself, i was on cloud nine by then. the rest of the set was great as well. tim's solos were amazing as usual even though it seemed like everybody and their brother got up to use the bathroom when he took the stage. all and all the show just flat out rocked. see you in bristow and vabeach dave.

Amazing show, I never realized how great Tim Reynolds was until last night. Best Two Step I've ever heard, 41 was great as was the "New Song." Tim's solo's were, to say the least, phenomenal. I can't believe people got up and walked out during his solo's. Unless your bladder was about to burst (lol) then you definitey shouldn't have walked out while Tim was playing. After five shows I finally got to hear Ants, and it was spectacular, best possible choice for an encore. Nancies was also great, as was Seek Up. The Dave Speaks were hilarious, it was nice to be able to sit and hear Dave tell his stories and react to what the crowd was saying. This was definitely the best show I've ever attended. Thanks Dave and Tim for making the night one I'll never forget. See you in the summer.

I thought this was a great show, Dave seems so at ease when the show is this low key. He was a lot of fun to watch, smiling and cutting up, and his antics, truly endearing!!! Both Tim and Dave played great. I am so glad i was able to be at this show! it was amazing!!

This was my first Dave and Tim show and I must say I was very impressed. The setlist was incredible not to mention that I heard a new song. The whole experience was wonderful and I will definitely do it again.

This was a sweet show. I just went to it because it's 20 minutes away from my house. I wasn't expecting too much special (other than d&t) but I get a new song, insane Tim solo, I'll back you up, the Maker, #41, the Stone, and HELP MYSELF. Solid show, sounds like Dave's voice is back. I guess he just needed a break.

The music was incredible. Could have stayed all night and watched those two work their magic. Amazing that they sound as they did on the Live at Luther College CD -- even better still.
Only bummer was some dude yelling "Watch it Dave!", when Matthews was giving his two-cents about the war. We were in Norfolk afterall...

My 1st D&T show and I'm blown away! The ending on WTWE!! and a few songs I haven't heard. Dave was killing me with his thoughts on the pinky toe. Hated everyone yellin but the show overall was out of this world.

Great Show!! When the world ends was great. Satellite was very different. Was very happy to hear I'll Back You up and The Stone. Timmy was superb eventhough HALF THE DAMN CROWD GOT UP WHEN HE PLAYED ?!?!?!? I think people think its a intermission time or something. The only other complaint is directed at the "If I Had a Boat" guy who happened to be directly behind me. In which Dave was correct in calling him tiny. When will people learn that you clap and then shut up ?? Athough i must say I have a copy of 3-19 and the crowd was alot quieter last night.
All in all VERY GOOD show. Hope to see another

Awsome show.....Help myself was such a great surprise......i had quite a hassle of a trip from near rochester new york......but the music was unbelievable......i sat dead in the middle of the fourth row in section six and would like to thank the girl that had her puffy hair pulled up so i couldnt see tim at all the whole show. Even with that it was so fucking awsome.

An unforgettable experience. I actually got to be in the crowd for the maiden performance of a song! For the record, "Stay or Leave" is beautiful. Tim was a monster all night long- he even got a standing O halfway through his second solo. He was so blown away he started bowing in response. On top of all that, the Davespeak was hilarious. Amazing!

Stay or Leave debut, what a great song! Got there kinda late because FedEx delivered my tickets a little late. Hauled ass from Roanoke to Norfolk in about 4 hours. Missed Bartender and WAYG...but I heard them the night before so it was ok. What an awesome show, too bad there isn't a good recording. Sat 4th row, closest I've ever been.

What a great show. I got to see the debut of "Stay or Leave" and Dave also played the best version of "Crush" he's ever played. It was better live, but the recordings not bad. I know the guy who yelled STFU at the end of Kundalini Bonfire too. <---!!! ;)

This was my third D & T show, I was on the 97' & 99' tour as well as this one. I thought Musically, Dave could not sound any better. His voice was in superb shape & Guitar playing was excellent. I was disapointed in Tims playing on some of the new songs. He didn't play what seems to me his usual amazing leads which add a whole new level to Dave's songs. Rather he just accompanied Daves playing with subtle riffs.
Also, the speakers could have been louder. Im sure on the .SHN recordings, Tim is prominent but at the show he needed to turn his guitar way up. I rememember the last two shows being very loud & overwhelming, was I thought was great because Tim's playing went right through ya.
The crowd didn't know how to sit still..constantly up & down the aisles. Which ruined the intimacy factor.

For the first Davey concert I've ever been to, it was what I expected. The stage was set with Dave and Tim in front of curtains, and throughout the show the lights changed into pretty little colors...haha. The songs played were very good live, but it was hard to hear, and for a little bit of the show, Dave's guitar was out. The show went from about 8 until a little after 11, and was a very relaxing experience.

Good set. Tim was amazing and Dave was being a cut up. The crowd was too disruptive and impolite. I recommend that thoes of you who like to scream and hoot smoke more pot until you pass the fuck out. When a show is a intimate setting, that means you clap and shut the fuck up. But that is what you get when you have a bunch of newbies who just jumped onto the DMB bandwagon a little late.

BEST SHOW EVER!! It can't get any better than this. Tim solos kept me on the edge of my seat, and their new song was GREAT. I shed happy tears by the time I heard I'LL BACK YOU UP, and of course Help Myself, the Maker, and Gravedigger was a wonderful treat. All Dave's stories about having to pee, and everything else he told us was so funny! THANKS DAVE AND TIM, YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME, and you gave me a memorable night I will never forget! Definatly worth my $200 for one ticket I paid! :)

My first Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds show. It was excellent! It was an uncharacteristically warm day (in the 80's). Very nice tailgating. Dave had a lot of great stories to tell. The most memorable statement that Dave made was he said "Always say what you think." I will always remember that. Two Step, seek up, #41, lie in our graves, jimithing>what will become of me, satellite, and Ants Marching were great to hear. The song of the evening was I'll back you up, such a great song and I believe it was the first one he wrote. It was a memorable moment. When I left the show it was about 39 degrees, apparently a thunderstorm rolled through, during the show, made it tough for the after-show partiers. I can't wait for the summer tour, see y'all in East Rutherford.

OMG, what a dream show! though dave seemed a little drunk (...and who am i to judge!), him and tim played with perfection. The set list was a fantasy: #41 bartender LIOG, my song (the stone), crush, the maker, i'll back you up... and stay or leave. i felt so lucky to hear that song on it debut night. to be sappy and honest, i had tears in my eyes, it was so moving. it was kinda annoying to see kids getting up for tims songs, and people seemed to be talking around us. But overall, one of the most moving concert experiences of my life :)

7th row, this was the most awesome concert i've ever been to. A never-before-heard song, 41 AND i'll back you up, sick jams on crush and two-step; the whole thing was off the hook. It was such an awesome atmosphere. The show really made u feel like you were having personal time just chillin with dave and tim. Gave me a totally new outlook on dave and his music.
