First time for my (now) wife to see the band. Not near as good as the last time ('02) they were here but a less-than-stellar night at a DMB show beats a good night watching t.v. anyday. Onward to the Gorge...

Pretty good show. Dave's voice was very hurting, but he pulled off some greats (Watchtower, Billies, WYA, Warehouse, DDTW) and #41 was a treat. Too much everyday, unfortunately.

Well, show #3 this year, and I have to say this one was everything that Portland was not. While #41 was an awesome opener, the set ended up looking like a 2001 show. Seven songs from ED, which killed the enthusiasm around me. The encore did salvage the early excitement with BT getting crazy as usual. Not the best show I have seen, but I should not complain as a night with the boys will always be cool and good fun!

This show was a lot different from any other DMB show I've been to. The crowd was mellow... REALLY mellow, and the band played a very relaxing and quiet set. Usually I am on my feet for the whole show, but this show was more of a sit-down show. Awesome contrast from the night before in Portland, and I got to meet the MAN Boyd Tinsley right before the show, he signed my ticket and gave me a True Reflections sticker. Thanks Boyd!

Solid set from DMB. Too much Everyday and Boyd and Leroi were again nonexsistent. Hearing GIG for the 11th time out of 12 shows was upsetting. Another good Watchtower, allthough it makes me want to kill myself when 3/4 of the arena is sitting down during the beginning of it. Oh, well. Since I just got a email from some douche bag ripping me for my Portland review I will be breif. Another short set with no jams. I am positive the Gorge will kick ass though.

I'm just gonna skip the negative most people would say about the what seemed to be a heavy Everyday set near the end and talk about what REALLY happened last night. Opening with #41 and into the Everyday outro and into Everyday with the crowd singing #36....Amazing start to a great night. Don't Drink the Water....need I say more. This was perhaps THE BEST DDTW I have ever heard. Dave added an outro verse to this that was absolutly amazing. You could see the passion on his face on the shaking screen and hear the roar of his voice as he yelled out a verse that captivated the whole crowd. I've never seen BC go so wild before on a song. Next highlight was Watchtower. Holy crap this was good. I thought dave said there was a frog in his throat. This is where he redeemed himself after the Everyday stuff. A Steffan into that had Carten grinning ear to ear and the crowd captivated, and then a jam that was so loud and powerful you could swear you were on stage with them. Then on the encore was Trippin Billies. BC was rockin full-time by this point. What a way to end the show. All I need to say here was CHECK'EM OUT BOYD!!!!!

More pot being smoked at this show than any I can remember. You didn't even have to be smoking to get high. Good show as I recall.

my first indoor experience of the band. always just seen em at the gorge. good tight to-the-point performance, although there's just something about the outdoor thing... the sunset, the smells, the breeze, the stars... glad i made up to canada to get the international dmb experience though!

This was the second Dave show I've been to and it was by far the best one so far. I cant wait till they come back again or i guess ill just have to go to the gorge

My 44th show and VERY disappointing. The crowd was lame and "security" at GM Place sucked. They let all their obnoxious little friends come stand in our 3rd row seats, invating my space and screaming. When we asked security to move them, DumbBlondeBitch says "But I love you, hee hee hee hee" and SecurityMan walks away. Took 3 requests to actually get them to move. It was absolutely ridiculous. Quote of the night "You have NO idea what you just witnessed. Warehouse and Watchtower in the same show!" Dumbass. And chanting "Let's go Dave" in the encore break? What is up with that? Is this a hockey game? This was my 2nd bad experience at a Canadian venue, and While it's a good value, I think I will avoid crossing the border for future DMB shows.

Damn you people all going to the Gorge, I would kill to see a show there.
Well I just love seeing the band live and this was only my second time and I must agree, ok, yes too much Everyday. The last three songs before the encore too I thought seemed misplaced - FTT, GIG, WYA. Could have used like a Rapunzel in between there somwhere.
Although amazing, (yeah, Dave belting out "home" in DDTW instead of going high was so cool, plus the 10 second solo-ness during WTWE when the band was blacked out and Dave had a red spot light), last year had me so much more captivated. The variety, the jams, especially in between So Much To Say and Too Much (WOW!). Bah, why pick at the little stuff. Can't wait to see them again.

2nd show ever, last year being the vancouver show....
well I was quite pleased w/ the #41 --> (#36)everyday! that was nice... but waaaaaaaay too much from everyday and you could tell the crowd wasn't pleased b/c as soon as I did it started half the place picked up to refill on beer! and anybody who came back promptly left again w/ the start of sleep to dream her which was good for me b/c when all the tall ppl left I got a nice view of the stage and just watched the boys play!! :) highlights for me were warehouse (my theme song ;)) good to hear crash, watchtower got me jumpin' what you are has really flourished I'm lovin' that intro!! and what can I say? a billies closer! should hold me over 'till thursday night!
