Solid Show...Nothing spectacular, but solid. Sets the stage up real nice for tonight's show, and gets a lot of newer songs out of the way for tonight's set list.

the show was good, but the setlist was lacking a blockbuster, such as nancies, two step, or ants marching

I was just glad to see Dave back here. Last show was 12/22/02 at MCI and its been a long wait. Maybe I'm more optimisitc cuz I have seats for tonites (8/25) show as well, so if I didnt like a song or it wasnt my favorite I'd just consider it a song they won't have to play tonite but there were plenty of highlights. Instrumental FTT for a while til the mike was fixed, PFWYG (first time ive heard it live), Help Myself, Bartender (still have it in my head today) overall a decent show. Not great but not horrible by any means. I'm psyched for tonite which should be very good and we should get some of the following, Warehouse, Recently, Billies, Ants, Rapunzel, Two Step, Nancies, Stone, Watchtower, Say Goodbye, Cry Freedom, Maker, etc...so many good songs that theyve been playing all tour that still are available for tonite. I myself am so excited, and even more excited for Camden where it WILL rain and we will get the return of JTR to open one of the shows there. TIM

Pissed, caous I had to wait all summer to see the boys. BUT fucking pumped for #20!!! Had a good crew, went with Mariko, deters, Kelly, Barbs, Zig, Ken K and his girl. On the floor, 20th row. Boys were off for 2 weeks before this one and they weren't into it, like mid season form. But good set anyway, One swee world, 41, Lover Lay, and Grey St were sick. Croud chanted for 2 step for the encore, but disapointly they came with What you are. good set, bad close, but hey, it was still a great time, and i couldn't wait for the next day, b/c knew they would make up.

Solid show, always good to see the band. The guys looked excited to be back on stage. Carter was awsome as always and Stefan looked to be more "jumpy" then I have noticed in past shows.

4 out of 5. A great performance that was hindered by a setlist focused almost entirely on the last two releases. FYI: Was anyone else surprised to see Leroi without his sunglasses? Dave's twin children were out in the wings for a few songs with huge red ear muffs. I couldn't tell, but I assume Ashley was one of the two women holding them.

Really laid back concert...nothing too special, however worth it because it was the first time i heard "pay for what you get", and "fool to think" live.

User: DMB1521
Review:
The show was awesome, especially since when I got to the arena I only knew my seats were behind the stage and I thought I would be about 10 or so rows back, but when i got there my seats ended up being 3rd row back. And the setlist was just amazing as well.

This show was absolutely amazing! Great set list and the crowd was great. Dave had so much energy on stage! My favorite part was when they started playing the intro to "Everyday" and the crowd started singing "Honey , Honey, come and dance with me," and dave went right along with it. This was the best dave show I've seen yet.

User: DMBchik814
Review:
this show was very mellow, htere want as much energy. my friends and i decided dave didnt get laid the night before so he was a little down as a joke..but all in all it was still a great show cus it was dmb and they played 'pay for what you get',how great was that!?

Good setlist- I loved hearing "You Never Know." That song is extremely unappreciated by many. "Bartender" was truly something to behold and "Don't Drink the Water" was oozing energy.

I had a great time at the show, but it was lackluster as far as I am concerned. Started out great with DDTW, but then the crowd got quiet for most of the show. The Band didn't sound as tight as usual, probably due to the time off. Good to hear Help Myself and Pay for What You Get.

Not the best show I've been tobut it's a DMB show, so I loved it no matter what. They played one of my favorite songs, #41, and it was quite a good version. Me and Jenn rocked the floor all nite with our feet just groovin to the jam

My least favorite so far. But it was par for the first night of a series. I'm crazy excited about the 2nd

I too saw the little blond cuties with their big red headphones bouncing up and down to daddy's music and LeRoi when he came out to check out Dickie Bets and The Great South. Great show good time was had by all but did anyone else notice that the Lovely Ladies were signing backup on Stay but were mia on stage?

A solid show...The band came out with energy and jumped right into DDTW. 41>Everyday>OSW>Bartender was an awesome string they put together. A little too many songs from Everyday, hoping he's got it out of their system for awhile...

Not so great - I'm jsut being honest. I did have terrible seats (sec 238 / row 22), so the acoustics were awful...but wasn't the only thing. Dave just did not seem like he was into the show that night. I've seem better.

Very underrated show. It was definitely a quieter, more laid back chill kind of show, but I thought it was a great setlist altogether. Getting to hear PFWYG for the second time that summer was a treat. Wonderful rendition of YKN... Dave put so much passion into it. Best DDTW I have personally seen. And it was pretty funny when Dave's mic went out during FTT. Also, I kept jokingly yelling out "I Did It"... and I got it! I'll never make that joke again... All in all good show, but nowhere near as great as night 2.

what can i say, the show was unreal! i think the best part was either the intro after Grey street into 'what you are' or the solos on #41...stay was pretty nuts, Bartender was unbelievable...not enough to say about the show

Last row, and still a great show. #41 into Everyday blew my mind. Rumor has it that some African political leader was at the show and made a special request for it. So if you, sir, are reading this and so happen to be an Ant...thanks.

This show was a very disappointing one. It was probably the worst Dave show i have ever been too. I think the band and the crowd were just not with it. Hopefully tommorows show will be a great one!

Flew from Miami to NJ with my dad, his first show. He's a huge ABB fan and was there primarily to see Dickey Betts, who opened for DMB. I'd have to say this show was a terrible disappoinment. Probably for a few reasons, namely, having to eat a pair of seats on an upgrade that wasn't worth it, lackluster crowd, and an average setlist. Knowing that Dickey came out the second night to play with DMB really hurt too. We couldn't make that show, though--practicality called.

Review:
Pretty good show, only my 3rd and 1st this year... alot of everyday stuff unfortunately: FTT, everyday(#36), WTWE, IDI, WYA... i thought they were strayin away from that this tour, but they arent THAT bad. DDTW always a great opener.. FTT had some tech issues, but it segued nicely into GIG.. I LOVED 41>everyday... what a cool segue! other highlights Help Myself and PFWYG and Stay seemed to go on forever! dave danced allllllllllllllll night and thats always amusing to watch.. an avg dmb show overall, but good energy

First show of the 2003 tour for me. Great show. DDTW was a great opener, fool to think>grace is gone, #41>everyday, and bartender were awesome. They had a little problem with the vocal microphone but were able to quickly swap mics after grace is gone. I did it, what you are and stay were excellent. What you are had a cool intro. You never know sounded so good. Without a doubt, Pay For What You Get was the song of the night. I have loved that song since I was 9 years old and it was an honor to hear it 9 years later. Everyone in the crowd sang along. Dave's voice sounded great. I'll see everyone in Camden in couple weeks.
