I hope I'm not the only person who found this show extremely disappointing. I was looking forward to hearing songs from the new album but not half the show. Too many radio hits. It goes without saying that DMB has legions of fans and makes millions of dollars. They don't need to play shows that are blatant advertising ploys for a new album. This show was not for the fans. Shame on you, Dave.

Decent show, have seen better. The #40 tease into a quick #34 tease was cool to hear. What You are as a closer was off the hook. Fonzie should have taken that distortion on the bass and ran with it but he quit to let Dave start the song Bummer.

Great energy from the band tonight...Stone was a sweet opener and Grey Street really got me going. The night though belonged to Ants Marching. The band was just going crazy. LLD and Typical Situation were also really great to hear live and. SU songs continue to impress me live and I was happy to hear Hello Again (one of my favorite SU songs live). A lot of energy with Too Much. The encore was a little weak, but the band was awesome with WYA.

This was the first show I had seen since the Stand Up album came out. I have to admit I was sad because I didn't hear as many older songs. At the same time I was delighted to share in the journey this band was on musically.

The only good thing that came from this show was the unexpected ants in the middle. The new album is just a step above everyday and while the songs sound much better live, the band plays too many of them. DOES ANYONE ELSE REMEMBER WHEN GREY STREET HAD MORE THAN 2 VERSES? At no point was dave's singing drowned out over the fans singing (a true sign of the enthusiasm of the show). And the encore was mad disappointing. Now, don't get me wrong, I am a very big dmb fan (this was my 19th show), but I liked going to concerts a hell of a lot more when ticket prices were half of what they are now, the show lasted more than 2 hours, and songs like Grey Street had lyrics made up on the spot.

Wonderful set, fot my first Typical, which I waited 29 shows for. everyday was nice, Stone great, and although I am not a fan of the What you Are Encore, it was amazing, starting to finally grow on me as an encore. Great ass time, balloons flowin with the bombs all night, went to the washy and got ready to do it all again tommorrow!!!!!

These new songs are certainly played best live, then in some high-tech studio with each musician in his own recording room. What You Are was a truly amazing way to end the show, can't say I wasn't surprised though, due to the last few shows having the same encore. Rock'n'Roll

what a way to kick off the show....stone rocked and american baby grey street and lover lay down kept the energy flowing well...however, suprisingly, it was hard for the crowd to get into it....they did not really appreciate much of his new songs and everytmie the crowd did get into it he played something new and the energy died...TYPICAL SITUATION...WOW!...BEST SONG OF THE NIGHT IN MY OPINION..WITH LOVER LAY DOWN AND STONE AS CLOSE SECONDS...THE SET WAS STRONG BUT THE ENERGY WAS NOT...DAVE WAS NOT INTO IT TONIGHT.

Solid show. Im getting tired of people complaining about how they play alot of new songs. Thats the point! they have a new album. If you don't want to hear them then don't come! Anyway Ants Marching was one of the best songs I've ever heard. Good show oeverall. Die Trying and What you are were good but a total let down especially when I heard that exact encore at hershey just a few shows back. Besides that, great show, the boys always seem to be getting better.

got to the lot at 3pm parked over at campbell's field.... tailgated til 6:30 walked to the tweeter... bombarded the porterpots before the gate.. got in caught some of G-love.... great band, anyone reading this... check out G-Love and the Special Sauce... good band. Opening with The Stone was awesome.... the set list was amazing.... everyone was feeling it.... the lawn was the loudest i've ever heard during ants marching and grey street. typical situation was great i never heard it live. Carter killed Hello Again with his solo. Hunger and Stand are awesome live. Everyday didn't really get the crowd singing along like past years. You might die trying turned into a nice jam. I called the closer, never heard it live.. it was good. all in all.... 4.5 out of 5 stars definately one to download.

I was torn on this show. Amazing energy by the band and the show definitely made me wish that Stand Up was a live album. Gave me a new view on the new songs hearing them rocked out live. But alas, I'm still an old school dmb'er and too many of the new songs made it a disappointing concert.

Very solid show! The Stone opener, Hello Again, Dreamgirl seguing into Ants, Carter breaking his drum. Smooth Rider, Hunger, Typical Situation, Bayou, #40 tease, Dreaming Tree tease, and the What You Are Intro was better then What You Are! But, a very enjoyable show. Great first night!

I thought the show had a lot of potential but then left me disapointed. There was great energy from both the band and the crowd and it was never more evident then during Grey Street...Hearing the crowd screaming at the end with Dave gave me chills. I'm not a big fan of Stand Up and was a little tired of them playing old song-new song-old song-new song but I must say I really enjoyed some of them live. Everything sounded great even from the lawn. Can't wait for tonight. An amazing show may get me to buy tickets for Randalls Is.

I thought this was a great show, though it was lacking some serious jam songs. The Typical Situation was a complete surprise and had me flipping out. I thought Ants Marching was incredible and the #40 tease was awesome, though so cruel. Awesome night and I don't think I'll ever be disappointed by DMB, but night 2 FUCKING ROCKED like you wouldn't believe.

A very good show. Stone is a solid opener. American Baby doesn't do it for me. Then Grey Street-->Lover Lay Down-->Hello Again were awesome. Dreamgirl is starting to mature...then Ants was played with a ton of energy. Smooth Rider, Where are you going was a definitely lul. If we have to suffer through WAYG, I want Loving Wings attached. Hunger is dirty, dirty, dirty and I love it! Typical was a masterful rareity. Standup is very good with dave's gritty crescendo type singing. Everyday had the crowd going with #36 obviously in everyones thoughts. Lousiana Bayou live is now one of there best tunes, by far the best song of the night. Too much was a solid close, although I always hope for the golden years interludes. You MIght Die trying looks like a new "quiet one". What You Are's intro was breath taking. Not much time to pee with a setlist and energy this good! Definetly the better of the two nights.

Went with Rob for 2nd year in a row. Nice hot summer day in July. I drove my Acura Integra. Very scary time tailgating. Too many police and the parking lot sucked.

WOW! Of all the DMB shows I have been to, this was one of my favorites! The crowd was energized and rowdy, and this was one of the most rockin' shows I've ever seen them play. You could tell from the first note that the guys came to play tonight! I thought "The Stone" was a unique opener and after they did "American Baby," "Grey Street," and a really rocking version of "Hello Again," it turned out to be a tremendous show. I loved all the new songs like “Dreamgirl” and “Hunger for the Great Light” and the old favorites like "Ants Marching" and "Too Much." The song "Everyday" was great which was followed by an unbelievable rocking version of "Louisiana Bayou," which ended up being my favorite song of the night. They jammed on that song and I couldn’t stop dancing! The only let-down for me was the encore, but both songs did rock in their own way. The scream at the end of “What you Are,” is always awesome. They played a fun and energetic set through and through. It was a great show and loved every second of it!

So I needed an extra ticket for this show for a friend of mine so I got on the forum and was able to buy one off of TarHeel. Thanks for hookin me up man. Rained a little bit when we first got down there but it eventually stopped and everybody started partying. Always a wild parking lot at camden. Strong Set. a lot better than hershey. Other than the encore. Glad to hear The Stone, Grey Street, Typical Situation and wasnt expecting ANTS to be thrown in the middle of the set. I was in the bathroom at the time and I came running out as soon as I heard it. Would have liked a TWO STEP encore but got YMDT and What You Are. What You Are is the one song from everyday that has really developed into a kick ass live tune. Done for the tour for this year. SEE EVERYBODY NEXT YEAR SUMMER TOUR 2006!

My First Dave Show. The Best night of my life. Show started off great with the Stone, went on to american baby where dave let out all of his feelings at the end. Oh my god! 2nd best show I have been to (best was Central Park) out of 17 shows. I have never seen such energy during a show that NEVER let up. Gotta say I kinda liked "Stand Up" when it came out but now I see what a great album it is live. It is like nothing else. LB and Hunger are phenomenal. Dreamgirl comes over the crowd like a cool breeze. Typical Situation jam was awesome. Plus, Ants in the middle, Grey Street, Stone (opener). Hello Again is so tight and was so energetic I thought the crowd would have a simultaneous orgasm (great song for years to come). For all the complaining about What You Are, the crowd went nuts and he did his intro for about 4 minutes and it was awesome. Overall - awesome show.

Awesome Awesome show. Ants Marching, Typical Situation, both were nasty. Every song was played really well and with alot of energy. I like some of the changes in the jams in the new songs. Sounded different from the other shows I've heard, nice to see they're not settling in and still improving on the songs. Great flow in the setlist. Only thing that is starting to get to me is that I've seen dave 6 times and he's played too much every time, its like i don't even have to think if it'll be in the setlist anymore. I love the song but when you've seen it every time you start to want to hear things you havent heard yet. Hopefully they don'y play it tomorrow and I'll finally see a show without it. Either or I cant complain cause it was a great time tonight. Can't wait for tomorrow.

What an excellent show tonight! Night One this year edges last year's and almost tops 2003's that featured the first 5 songs on the Crash CD. Stone Opener was excellent, not as good as granny opening, but better than Grey Street opening. What You Are has an awesome new intro (which I was introduced to at Hershey)This intro was really cool, it established a very mistarious, yet exciting mood throughout the crowd that exploded into a high-energy song to finish the night, This is why it edges night one of last year's Crash, everyday encore. More excitement, I like it. Other highlites include: American Baby (great tonight, everyone loved it), Hello Again had one of the best drum solos by Carter and the crowd was so loud, then Dremgirl with an extended jam into Ants Marching at sunset, this was a great part of the night, and the crowd went ballistic the whole time. I was thrilled to be apart of this show. The song and moment of the night had to be TYPICAL SITUATION. It had reached that point in the night where darkness had completely set it and the show was wrapping up and everyone was wondering what next. Then you hear the opening to Typical and everyone goes crazy! Then LeRoi on that saxophone of his that echoed into the Philadelphia skyline, what a great sight on the lawn, they played the song extremely well, and I enjoyed this version a little more than Penn State's from this past October, and that version was amazing as well, just indoors which brought an enirely different (but good) feeling. This was a damn good show! I'll see you all tomorrow night!

Damn. Unbelievable energy tonight on every song...the band really pumped it out. I'd like to give a big "fuck you" to everyone who disrespected the Stand Up songs...all of which were so SOLID, they totally rocked the house. Typical Situation was a highlight for me, love that song...no Say Goodbye, but hopefully tomorrow... The Stone really is a good opener...i always thought otherwise but tonight changed my mind.... Was a little upset with the Smooth Rider-->Where Are You Going portion of the show...really killed the momentum. Ants was phenomenal.... Dreamgirl is out of this world live...! They gave 100% on every song. Dave was more energetic than usual and kept it through the whole show. But to my taste this show lacked long or classic jam songs. Best old tune was a great version of Typical Situation. Best tune may have been a great jam version of Lousiana Bayou, but You Might Die Trying was close. They got the crowd to a frenzy at Ants Marching but failed to keep it going by alternating mellow songs. Very good show, just not my set list.

I was really hoping for a good tease in there somewhere and got 2. Not many people even realized the #40 tease but almost no one (except one reviewer) caught the #34 tease right after #40. Too bad they won't bust those out in full. The new songs are incredible live and I went in knowing that half the show would be from Stand Up. Ants, Grey Street, Everyday, Lover, TS, The Stone (what an awesome opener) all were incredible old songs to play and they really seemed to connect the show. I know other shows were said to have been to jumpy from old to new without connection but they really pulled it together and put on one of the best shows (energy and setlist) I have seen in awhile. Can't wait for Randalls Island.

The setlist left something to be desired from us who love Dave's old stuff more, but his energy was unrivaled. Last couple of years I was questioning whether or not Dave was really into the music, but there was no doubt this year. Plus, his new stuff translates well into the concert setting, with almost every one of the songs becoming a jam.
