this was my first indoor DMB show and probably the smallest venue I've been at... the show was awesome... bayou and pig were absofreakinlutely amazing! tripping billies was an unexpected treat. thank you Dave! the floor crowd was hopping and there were few squatters. for one show, it was great to be without drunken idiots.

This was my first Dave show and I though it was awesome. I've heard that there have been better and more energetic shows and I can't wait to see what those are like because I loved this. I'm no longer a "Dave Virgin!"

An amazing Jimi Thing followed by a nice everyday and a surprising ants marching. These guys can still shock me even when I think I have the show figured out.

Solid show. The bands first trip to NH in 10 plus years. Im sure they didnt disappoint most of the fans who have to drive to Mansfield, Ma every year. Boyd really had alot of energy that night. They did a great job mixing in the new songs with the old. The band has come along with new tunes like Bayou, and Stand Up, they have really developed into great tour songs. Played hits such as Crash, One Sweet World,Ants Marching and Closed with Billies. Christmas song was a nice treat. Hopefully it wont be another 10 years. Used to dealing with Boston and Harford crowds, and the Manchester folks were really great, lots of energy, but didnt get carried away. Overall 4.5 out of 5 stars.

I heard 2 songs that I really love to see them play, but the band always brings out their talent and takes over the whole set with their play. Boyd was unreal, something like a 10 minute solo of him in Stand Up made it the best song all night. well done guys, next time give a dancing nancie->warehouse tune. What the hell was Mike Doherty doing, dave kicked cracked out ass off the stage after like a minute of screaming, weird

Good show, I'd give it a 7 out of 10. Dave got hit by a joint during the DreamGirl intro which was kinda funny. Crowd was so-so, a lot of people sitting but at least everyone wasn't drunk. Doughty came out for Jimi scat and I enjoyed it, unlike most people it seems.

Opener: Don’t Drink the Water always a strong choice to start a set- the eerie and ominous introduction gives fans a hint of what is coming. As always Dave’s vocals fuel the emotion in the song. Set: Solid song spread across the board- Stand Up definitely a featured album but the set covered all albums evenly (including everyday). Overall the set was mellow- would of loved to see more energetic songs. Everybody Wake Up (Our Finest Hour Arrives) makes a tour debut at tonight; another highlight was Mike Dougherty’s appearance on Jimi Thing. He really added another dimension to the song with his contributions (“Scream!”). Everyday (#36) always a crowd pleaser- and it’s always nice to see Dave sing with us as well. Closer: Ants Marching was the perfect song to pump up the crowd. A strong choice for the closer. Encore: Christmas Song has been making the rounds this tour and it’s great to see it appear for the crowd here in Manchester. Nothing like a little Christmas Song for the Holidays. Tripping Billies brought down the house as the last piece, perfect choice.

Absolutely amazing. I thought Boyd was going to jump off the stage during Bayou. The boys were having such a good time ...the energy was palpable. Grey Street and Bartender broke my heart and saved my soul all in one evening. Thanks so much for Pig. Everyday is redemption. Jimi Thing was epic. Ants tore the roof off the place. Woooohooo. A-friggin-mazing!!!!

Great show - horrible post concert traffic. After a LONG day at work and a long drive, Bartender was so relaxing... could have done without the opening act coming out at one part.

Very nice show... my 7th one thus far (2nd in 2005).. My girlfriend and I had floor seats for the first time! Opening up with DDTW to get everybody amped is a great way to start things off. (It was also Crystals favorite song) Then we had Hunger For The Great Light which was pretty spectacular, and then as always an energetic Grey Street. Dreamgirl was next (I love that song live) followed by One Sweet World. I was slightly disappointed that there was no intro, but oh well. Granny was a treat as always, and then Louisiana Bayou was SPLENDID. Boyd went nuts, and it really hyped the crowd up. Pig was next, which was a good selection as it wasnt too fast but too slow, it went in between. Helped to calm some of the fans down and get them back into the music. Then there was a great Bartender and Crash Into Me. Dave and the boys then played Everybody Wake Up and Stand Up, which helped to get the crowd ready for a classic, Jimi Thing. Now, I love Jimi Thing, don't get me wrong... but Mike Doughty killed it. Very displeased with that part of the show, but Dave helped to fix his mistakes by using the "Stop, hey, whats that sound, everybody look whats goin down" outro for Jimi. Everyday (#36) also helped to pick up the crowd, and then they finished off the set with an awesome rendition of Ants Marching. Dave and Boyd playin their hardest starin at each other is great. The crowd was nuts during the encore, and then dave and co. came in. A tour favorite Christmas Song was a nice mellow way to begin the encore, and then the band finished the night off with Tripping Billies. Very nice show... Out of 10 I would give it a 9, just due to Mike Doughty and a few jams were a tad on the long side, but fairly amazing either way. Great show number 7 gentlemen... And thanks for comin to Manch, NH.. myself and other NH folk appreciate the lesser drive for once :-) Fav Song Played: Grey Street/Granny/Pig/Ants/Billies Worst Song Played:Jimi(thanks to Doughty)

solid setlist. highlights for me were one sweet world, pig, bayou, everybody wake up, and the encore. christmas song sounded beautiful full band, and who can complain about tripping billies? ddtw was also a good opener, as it got the crowd going. my only complaint was that the people in my section didnt seem that into the show. many sat down or went to the bathroom during pig, and the people behind me sat down for the entire show. i felt kinda bad cuz i stood up the entire time, but who goes to a DMB show and sits the entire time? waste of money, IMHO. good show nonetheless, cant wait for boston thursday night!

Good show, but the sound at Verizon Wireless Arena was not that impressive... being a smaller venue I thought it would be better than it was. TD Banknorth Garden (Fleet Center) was much better sounding. Plus the Verizon security staff was really annoying.

Bayou had a bad a$$ jam tacked on the end with Boyd lightin up the crowd. Was definitely glad to hear Grey Street, Granny, Pig and Xmas Song. Not a BAD setlist but i've been to 15 shows now and it was definitely missing some rhythym..everytime they had the crowd goin it just seemed like they'd take it down a notch and let us off the hook. Overall i was a little surprised to see the energy of the show so low. You can't blame that all on the band...the crowd was a little...eh.. I hope DMB doesn't get a bad taste in it's mouth about VZA, cuz it's a pretty good place to see a show.... hey, i had a good time so...

This was my third show at the time and it was amazing to have DMB in NH!! Got a free seat in a suite with free beer which was amazing as we hung right out over dave it seemed and a great set list with some classics and even a little Christmas Song around Christmas time which was awesome. DMB is the best band ever.

Review:
an overall good show, amazing to finally get to see granny, pig, deamgirl seems to be a new staple song that is played very well, you could tell the boys really digged being in NH, especially steffan running and jumping all over the stage at the end! I was very dissapointed in mike doherty, what in the hell was he doing? I think my entire row was shaking their heads, luckily dave recovered with some improv. was hoping to see a big number at the end like a two step or a nancies-warehouse combo, I know you cant have it all, but christmas song is to be expected, and the crowd doesnt seem to be into it as much as say the everyday or ants he played before going into the encore, lets hope he brings some of the big hitters out in boston... HALLOWEEN/LAST STOP!!

Hello. Well... I went to this show with my long time best friend jill. Wegot seats in section 201, row g. it wasn't that bad view.... I did feel a lil vertigo, being so high up.... they opened with dont drink the water, i love it when he screams in that one, so i was excited... what i was a lil less excited bout was the fact that i was one of three girls standing up in our section, that's right, everyone else sat doen the whole show. i was shocked! even through stand up.... then some 17 yr old puked right behind me, luckily it was not projectile....hahahaha. THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE SHOW FOR ME WAS THE CHRISTMAS SONG. I just want to make sure eveyone knows how wonderful it was to see that live. They also played Pig, i mean, it's so good. Leroi was going nuts all night. I can't wait to see what he does tomorrow, Boston is the close of the tour... I hope they play halloween too... I would flip out. There was no intermission, I was happy about that dave for 3 hrs is fine. all in all the show was amazing, what can i say, they're my favorite band. I do have to say the energy wasn't like this summer... it's probablly because everyone's so cold.

This show was freaking amazing!!!! Highlights for me were Granny and Pig(since I didn't hear them this summer.) Ants was epic and the place went wild, especially since we were just finishing up the "Honey, Honey's"! Billies was an awesome, unexpected encore. I was so expecting the cane from the side of the stage to yank Doughty off during Jimi. I think even Dave was like, "Dude, wtf?" Good thing Dave recovered for him though. Hey Doughty, this is the big leagues, and you aren't there yet. The venue was a bit small for this tour I thought, maybe more of a D&T, D&F kind of place. I think the acoustics sucked because the sound was too big for the place. Anyway, Boyd frigging rocks on Jimi. It was a great show with great seats. Now on to Boston and FRONT ROW BABY!

Doughty was a train-wreck, but otherwise I had a lot of fun at this show. Our seats were by far the best we've ever had, and I was surprised by how loud the crowd sounded from 119, especially considering how small the VWA is. Not a killer setlist, but we did get some quality songs and good energy from the band all night (especially Boyd - wow, Bayou was great!).

Show was great, not quite MSG, but they still can amaze me. I thought the crowd was a little weak, especially through the first 2/3rd's of the show, way too many people sitting, but Jimi Thing into Everyday into Ants really brought them alive. Boyd really shined tonight and he just amazes me everytime. Its was nice to hear Grey Street, Bartender and Tripping Billies since they didn't play them in NY. See you in Boston and I'll be curious to see what they bring!!!
