What a cracker. It was the Dave & Tim CD that got me into playing guitar and i have been waiting to see him solo ever since. It's more like 'An Evening with Dave Matthews' rather than just a gig but hey what more could you want but music and comedy together! Nice to hear something new for the first time (what a great tune it was) and a nice selection from across the albums. I could go on and on about what a great experience it was to see Dave in such an intimate venue but I have the memories so I will just stop now.

GREAT show, really raw and small.. couldn' see much, but had a great time with a few friends. Got a dodgy recording on mini disc somewhere, still trying to work out how to get that onto my computer, but hopefully someone else has a better recording? Met him again afterwards and signed my guitar again, previously in virgin in 2001 and my brothers guitar. Whoevere one of his men were following him around said, "what you going to do with those guitars?" I said, "play them!". think he thought i was going to stick it straight on ebay, eh, no, I want it! Which is funny though, my brother has upgraded his guitar, so there is a ncie avalon available with the bones of his signature left on it if anyone wants to make an offer?

incredible venue, making this a real intimate gig. dave's stories were great, and i am really starting to like a lot of the newer songs. Some Devil was gorgeous.
Got to chat with Dave after the show, so it was a night i won't forget!

It was fantastic to be in the front! Dave was hilarious all night, played some excellent songs including some favourites of mine. And i got to shake his hand as he left the stage pre-encore. I couldn't stop grinning all night!!
