I hate Boston! Great show, except for two step which Dave had to cut short because of Boston's early curfew of 10:30! You could see him put his finger up in the air as if to say 1 minute and carter just rushed right to the end of it! Frustrating, but can't blame the band, they put it all out there!

I am so tired of everyone's review saying "this was the best show ever" for every show. It was a fairly good show, despite being at a venue that wasn't made for good sound. I was disappointed that Sheryl didn't come out and play with them. There were some definite high points, but I thought the Sunday Alpine show was better.

The first Dave show for my wife and I. We had the best time! I have never seen such a high energy performance in my life. Great crowd- no problems, everybody dancing and singing. The best $65 I've spent in a while! Will definitely be back next time!

This show was great. It was one of the best shows I saw. It was a lot better than the Tweeter Center concert two years ago. And just as good as the Banknorth Garden Concert last winter. But with the combo of being in Fenway Park this concert was definitely the best one I've seen yet.

Great experience! sitting where Trot Nixon played every home game and watching the best band on earth play at the same time. Warehouse and Sweet Caroline stood out for me....and i listen to this show all the time since it's been released. oh, and i fucking love Break Free, such an amazing song with great energy at the end....i hate when people bash it.

Great show, awesome to hear the boys at Fenway park. Show highlights were definitly Grace is Gone jam, Sweet Caroline (which before the show I told my girlfriend they were gonna play it and she didn't believe me). The only problem with the show was the two annoying yankee fans behind me, chanting "lets go yankees". Other than that an amazing show!

Great show! One of the best i've been to! It got out to a great start and just didn't stop. Sweet Caroline was unbelievable. Only downside was no Spoon which was being expected by some and the damn 10:30 curfew. Stupid laws ruining art! Damn you Boston! Haha, but really, it was great to see a show at Fenway. Great vibe, great energy and an amazing night.

Great show, brought my brother-in-law and sister. Had a hell of a time getting their drove up from LI morning of, got stuck in three different traffic jams resulting from accidents, brother-in-law got pulled over for speeding in MA and my wife and I got tickets for not wearing our seat belts in the back seat. All this after the debacle my wife and I experienced driving to up for Saratoga N2. But as with Saratoga the trip was worth it as the boys put on a great show as always.

All I can say is that this show completely blew Night 1 away. The crowd around us was just awesome. All Warehouse members, with everyone singing and dancing. Overall, I thought the crowd was a lot better tonight too. Everyone knew the lyrics to every song and you could tell the band was feeding off that. My one complaint was putting Can't Stop in after the Sweet Caroline -> SMTS -> ASTB -> Too Much medley. I think they should stop putting those slow songs in at that point, especially when the crowd is so into it. But still, Can't Stop didn't really ruin the vibe because everyone was freaking from Sweet Caroline. I joked with my girlfriend before that they would play it, but I never expected them to actually do it. These guys still impress me even after 23 shows!!

AMAZING energy throughout. OSW was a great opener. WWYS started to get the place jumping, but DDTW took it up another notch. Brought everyone back down with Break Free, and then the rest of the show, I couldn't catch my breath. Holy fuck. And no WAYG both shows...just a great weekend at Fenway!

What a blast...just solid all around. Sweet Caroline was AWESOME. The crowd energy was very good to start with, and that song just took it to another level...where it sat for the remainder of the show. The highlight for me was Nancies --> Warehouse --> Louie Louie...the energy during that part was just out of this world...hard to describe, really. The encore was strong too. All in all, what a BLAST. The band seemed to enjoy it as much as the crowd...when they first came out, Dave grabbed a camera and started taking pictures of the crowd...very cool to see. Boyd TORE IT UP during the GIG hoedown and Nancies, and you just can't say enough about that horn section. Rashawn and Leroi are UNBELIEVABLE together. Carter will always be Carter. Butch did his thing during Two Step, Stefan seemed to feed off the crowd all night long. Dave didn't hold back with his voice...he belted notes like I've never seen him do before. Absolutely great. Thank you, DMB.

WOW. and another WOW. first let me say that as a very devout red sox fan, sweet caroline was what this night was about. i have grown up in fenway park, and have seen the pain it brought. but to have DMB play that song while standing on the holy ground in center field, where legends were made, was heaven. the set was a great mix of new and old breaking out a "hoe down" and making even true oldies like WWYS sound as tight as the first time you heard it. DMB never ceases to amaze me with their attention to detail. I hope everyone had as a festive of a night as I was able to witness. For those who have yet to feel it, keep going, keep listening, they will hit your soul.

I had a nice time at this show. I've lived in New England my entire life and NEVER been to Fenway! It wasn't my favorite venue for a concert, but I have to say the sound was pretty good (in my section anyway). Sweet Caroline was fun, but I was disappointed that it seemed to be the only thing played that made the people around me stand up and look like they were having fun. Hello?! Dancing Nancies -> Warehouse! I had the feeling I wasn't in the company of many antsmarching members- more like Fenway ticket holders. Oh well-- see ya in Hartford.

Went both nights. AMAZING. BEST 2 DAVE SHOWS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, AND BEST TRIP I HAVE TAKEN TO SEE THEM. The entired weekend was so much fun. Also being a huge baseball fan, it was a treat to see my favorite boys in a historical baseball park. it was the coolest thing ever. And hearing Sweet Caroline, was awesome. I loved it. Of course Grey Street is my favorite. DDTW was phenominal, as well as Bartnder and Last Stop. Overall, best weekend of Dave I have ever had. Can't wait til the live show comes out!!!

I am a die-hard Red Sox fan and one of my favorite bands is DMB, so when you mix the two it is quite unreal. To be on the field and watching Dave and the boys is surreal. The setlist was great, the band sounded awesome the show was completely in your face, a great night under the stars in Boston. Highlights were Grace is Gone, Sweet Caroline, What You Are and Can't Stop. A really great encore as well except for the rushed finish to make the 10:30 curfew. Only regret was that Last Stop was played the night before (Friday) but he made up for it in Hartford by playing it...

How can you describe this show? The best show ever. No DMB fan will ever listen to another show if this comes out as a CD. The crowd went absolutely NUTS when DMB played Sweet Caroline, it was played after the 7th song like the Sox play it after the 7th inning. I heard a rumor from WBOS radio station that DMB recorded this for a DVD which wouldn't surprise me.

had a much more enjoyable time tonight, compared to the first night. seats were worse, but I was with more of my friends, and the crowd energy was through the roof. 3 songs stand out in my head as songs that just made the crowd go wild: sweet caroline, SMTS-->ASTB-->TM. sweet caroline got everyone pumped up and SMTS was crazy. such a good fuckin show. really wish they switched SC with LS from 2nd night to 1st night. LS just really fit here with all the real dmb fans as opposed to the weak crowd N1. unforgettable time...hope to see this one on DVD!

My mind is blown. N1 12th row was sweet to be a hardcore Sox fan seeing the greatest band to date. But as for N2 words cannot explain. Break Free and Sweet Caroline just set the night midway through the show. Then warehouse with a little Louie Louie was crazy. And to top the night with American Baby Intro right into Two Step ended a great weekend.

Afetr reading the reviews of Night 1 at Fenway I had begun to be nervous about a weak crowd nd low energy. But this concert completely threw my fears out the window. The crowd (at least around me) was completely into it and thankfully the "Lets Go Red Sox" cheers were kept to a minimum.
My first Grace is Gone and it was amazing, I had never heard that fiddle jig outro before. Sweet Caroline was a definite highlight, and all of the new songs sounded awesome. Got to hear my first Two Step and Warehouse, both amazing.
Ross was on top of his game as was Boyd who the crowd really got into. I just wish they'd given Butch more solos, I counted only one or two. Also, I wish Stefan had played his bass solo before Crush, but the song was still great.

AMAZING show. I enjoyed OSW more than i thought i would since i thought i was getting bored of it. WWYS was awesome, DDTW was AMAZING, my fav. version i've heard live yet. Say Goodbye was a nice treat, as always. and i FINALLY got to hear Grace is Gone, with Boyd rocking the hoedown outro. American Baby was also great, great scat. I was glad to hear Break Free, since it is def. my fav. new song. Sweet Caroline i didnt enjoy much, being a Mets fan, i dont rly get y the red sox chose that song to play every home game, but w/e. but it was ok. it certainly pleased the sox fans. SMTS was where it got incredible. SMTS > ASTB > Too Much was awesome, Can't Stop pisses me off, but Crush got me back into the groove. the closing 5 (well, 4 not including PNP) of WYA, Nancies > Warehouse, and PNP > Rapunzel was AMAZING. doesnt get much better than that. and the ABI > Two Step encore, despite being cut in time, was AWESOME. loved the shortened ABI, but def. woulda loved to hear more of two step. overall a freakin amazing show

Amazing show! Absolutely no low points in my opinion, though the show definitely picked up steam quickly once they went into DDtW. And the Sweet Caroline experience was definitely unique and fun. The band was on fire, the jams were great (e.g., the GIG outro jam was intense, and the Warehouse jam had some great surprises in it). Crowd around us was friendly and great. Too bad about the curfew, but it was still all good.

This was my first DMB Show. Got to hear one of his new tunes Break Free. Played Sweet Caroline which is a Fenway Tradition, so that was awesome. A little to big of a venue, and shaped for a RedSox game for my liking. But just awesome to see DMB play in the hallowed ground of the SOX!!!

After going to the Friday night show and being absolutely blown out of the water, night 2 went so far beyond the first night. The crowd was into it from the very beginning, but once he started playing Sweet Caroline the place nearly crumbled, everyone went ballistic. Dave taking pictures of us before the show even started was amazing. The band was so into this set it was unbelievable. Just seeing Dave play his absolute heart out in the American Baby intro was sweet. Best 2 shows I have ever been to PERIOD!!

Up until tonight Central Park was my favorite DMB concert. I could not wait for this concert seeing that Boston is my home city. The energy, band and venue was phenomenal. The crowd was singing and dancing for the three hours the band was on stage. After the 7th song Dave covered "Sweet Caroline" for the Boston Red Sox fans. Every song was played to perfection and I can't say enough great things about this band. Thank you DMB for putting on a legendary performance at historic fenway park.

Awesome show, Sweet Caroline was fantastic and got the whole place going nuts! Grace is Gone was very impressive, as was Crush, and the Nancies/Warehouse combo. My only complaint Fenway's curfew causing AB intro and Two Step to be shortened. Two Step seemed very sloppy becuase the band had to rush it so much. Overall a great weekend with DMB and Boston parties!

So much better than the night before. I heard that Sweet Caroline was played in sound check the night before, so I knew it was coming. Still amazing. If you are a Sox fan and/or seen a game at Fenway you know why it was so special. GIG was great and Say Goodbye was unreal. So many highlights. Great setlist and great job by the boys. Crowd much better tonight. Second show is always the best!

The concert was great tonight. They didn't really play any "rarities" (songs they brought back this year from prolonged absences), but the set was damn near perfect to me, a nice mix of the old and new. The first half was solid, but they really turned it up after Sweet Caroline, I've never seen so much energy coming from the crowd at a show as I did for SMTS>ASTB, It was unreal. The sound wasn't bad compared to what I thought it would be, they seemed to increase the volume around the end of the set and you started to get some weird echoing during PNP>Rapunzel. The new songs sounded great, break free is still stuck in my head, and can't stop is finally a song that allows Stefan to go crazy, which was pretty cool. Boyd was great as usual, a little out of tune at times but he was great. Everyone loved the "hoe down" in Grace is Gone. It looked as if they were going to go out for a second encore at the end because the lights didn't come on right away and they went back on stage for a few seconds. Sweet Caroline was an amazing moment, I have no other words to describe it.

You're all a bunch of morons. Dave f%#$ed up on What You Are and forgot to do the get down on your knees thing, knew it, and started screaming nonsense. Yes, the show was at Fenway and they played Sweet Caroline. Great. I'm a huge Sox fan, but let's leave that to Neil and maybe get a Halloween or a nice #41 next time. I thought the first show was excellent, but something just seemed off with Dave on this one. He started off well on Friday with Everyday and his voice was as strong as ever but he was really showing signs of fatigue toward the end of Saturday night, really wussing out of the high notes on Rapunzel. In other news...
I met Dave's wife! She was wearing a green shirt and a purple skirt and her eyes are unbelievable. My girlfriend pointed her out to me; we were sitting on the aisle near the right side of the stage and she and a friend were walking back and forth the entire concert. So I had to not-so-smoothly say "Hiiiii, Mrs. Matthews." I'm pretty sure she thinks I'm a stalker but I did get a Hi back. She looked like she was in a bad mood, by the way. So did Dave and it really came through in the show.

FANTASTIC!! Went from jam to jam, amazing song to amazing song, sometimes sounding like a hoe down lead by Boyd, some other times some salsa. For sure the highlight was Dave's unexpectedly sweet baritone gliding over the notes of Neil Diamond's Sweet Caroline, a Red Sox tradition and Boston gem. This show was probably the best one I've seen this year (out of Hershey, Nissan, both Alpines and both Fenways) ... One Sweet World is one of my favorites ... i may take some heat for this but I despite WWYS and think it sounds terrible live ... i think maybe my problem is I've seen 48 shows now and I am a little jaded ... there is absolutely no middle ground for me w/ any of their tunes ... i either love them or hate them ... as long as the good outweigh the bad i guess ... the DDTW intro was awesome though and got me right back into it ... say bye is fantastic ... had some halloween-esque drummage to start out ... i dislike grace is gone but the hoedown was pretty solid ... american baby was solid ... break free is clearly the best of the new songs w/ that awesome horn outro jam ... sweet caroline is an awful song but hey its boston and they played it well ... the energy was fantastic from here on out ... so much>bridge was good ... i hate too much but there's no deny the energy it puts in the crowd ... cant stop>crush then started one of the best endings to a show i've ever seen ... what you are followed by nancies>warehouse then pnp>rapunzel was spectacular ... cap that off w/ baby intro>two step and it was a thrilling 90 minutes at the end ... looking forward to randall's and the debut of #41

Tons of energy from the band and crowd. Great setlist and very unique venue made it a "Field of Dreams" night. My buddy got busted by security for taking warning track dirt by the Green Monster. Ha! Security could have cared less about my camera, though. Took lots of photos and video.
