Nothing too surprising except for STJL which was a real treat. First time in 23 shows I've heard that gem. Good crowd for a fest.

the last song was Tool - Schism (who played the night prior)leading into All Along the Watchtower. 17ish min version of 2 step was great.

Came all the way from MA for this one. Rapunzel finally!! Loved the time bomb into two step intro, and best two step I've heard in a while. The quick reggae beat breakdown was fun. The Tool teases were cool. Despite having been burnt out on watchtower previously, I thoroughly enjoyed it tonight. Another great experience.

Great show, a line up of rare songs that you would not expect to hear on the same night. Lots of energy and beautiful weather.

WOW! I'm from Cleveland and just happen to be in the twin citys for the next few weeks for work. I just got here yesterday and to my suprise Dave was in town. What a great show. From start to finsh there was never a dull moment! Thanks to the crew who adopted me as a friend for the night as I was going solo. What up Niggs!? You guys gave me a list of things to do. Can't wait to check em all out. This makes traveling for work a whole lot better! The show just flowed so well and the Tool tease between Grey Street and Watchtower was awesome. The venue was great. I got in and out without waitng for one car and I was right next to the venue. I just love how the newer older stuff like So Damn luck and Cornbread just get better and better. SMF during Jimi is always a lot of fun too! A show were there was not much Under the Table and Crash it was still great. They played all my faves from Grux with the exception of You and Me. Great show.

Very fun venue, but most festivals are i guess lol. The show was very straight forward throughout. The tempo and excitement grew as the set progressed and ended with and awesome version of AATWT. Steffan's intro of Tool's Schism was unreal imo! The band looked like they were having the time of their lives and so did the crowd. DMB looked like a brand new band excited to get their music out to the people. Thx DMB for another awesome show... Great Venue for a festival but the walk back to the car was almost unbearable. The walk was uphill almost the whole way and took half an hour! That was the last thing I wanted to do after standing in the festival grounds all day. WAIT FOR A SHUTTLE lol!

The setlist does not show how awesome this show was. Carter was on fire, and Dave was very giddy. I was on the rail, 10 ft stage right. So intense!! Also, Stephan's watchtower intro was intense! I saw a few people mention the Schism intro, but he actually started with 46&2, then into Schism. Great times, can't wait for west palm beach next month!

Was a great "festival" show overall. Band was having a blast playing. Set list could have been more energetic for a festival venue. But overall very fun

Seemed like a pretty generic set list and the crowd was the quietest I've ever been a part of. No one knew what to sing along to during jimi thing. I'm glad they didn't try playing everyday (as awesome as that would be) cuz I don't thing anyone would have know to sing #36 with them. The band had so much energy in the first half but it didn't see like the crowd was giving back.

I agree with what most others put. The band was really into the show - probably top 3 in terms of energy I've seen. That being said, it wasn't a Dave crowd so people didn't respond. With they would've played Sweet/If Only but WWYS was a nice surprise.

"I can't feel my face." Well-said, Dave...well-said. On paper, it looks like a pretty vanilla setlist, but the energy the band brought the entire show was unreal. The final 4 of Timebomb, Two Step, Grey Street, and Watchtower was out of this world. My first show since '09 and I loved every second of it!

Dave was as energetic as I've ever seen him! I felt that there was not a lot of Jeff, but a lot more Boyd solos than I've seen lately, and a really stellar Carter solo in Two Step.

Great Show! Seven is a great opener. Other highlights from this show were Crush Two Step, Watchtower,Time Bomb, Jimmy,Spaceman. The band had a lot of energy even coming off a 2 night stint. The Rivers Edgefest was an excellent venue and can't wait till the next one.Attended show with Wildfan1979, that guy can party!

Let me just say thank you to Dave and the Boys for finally playing an outdoor show in the Twin Cities. Sure, word is Live Nation paid them a cool million to do so, but I'll take it. It was perfect. Overall, a pretty solid show for a festival. You never know what kind of crowd/setlist you're going to get. The setlist was a little GruGrux heavy for my liking but Seven and SMLAM started things off nicely. STJL was a rarity and it was by far the BEST So Damn Lucky I've ever heard. I get the goosebumps just thinking about it. That song has evolved in to one of my absolute favorites live. The Time Bomb -> Two Step to end the set was fantastic. I've never heard Grey Street in an encore and it works. Stefan's Schism (Tool) intro to Watchtower had my friends and I shouting 'F-yeah'. And I will say I'm a bit over the use of Watchtower as an encore. But the Boys play it so well that I'm never too disappointed to get it.

Quoth Dave Matthews, "Love's the best thing there is, next to tacos." and "I can't feel my face!" Best show I've been to. Old songs I haven't heard live, awesome rendition of Two Step. The energy was amazing from the band and crowd.

Great set, but the vibe of the crowd was lacking. There is something to be said about a crowd that is just there to see DMB compared to a that of a festival. ...but on the whole, still a great performance!

This is the first time I have actually seen Song That Jane Likes, they played it at Alpine one year and I had a horribly chosen bathroom break. Overall yeah the setlist was pretty generic but the venue was amazing, and I thought the crowd was awesome, I ended up standing in a section of the crowd about fifty feet back right in front of Boyd and it was very clear we were all going to be at Alpine in week and a half. I thought the band brought it hard, and I thought Boyd was on fire. Had a great time. I CAN'T FEEL MY FACE.

First off, Puscifer was great. Very good live band. DMB.....Start to finish this show was so full of great energy from both the crowd & the band. My 52nd show and 2nd since Roi passed on. Rashawn's chart writing as well as he and Jeff\'s execution are absolutely flawless! Bartender rythym DDTW was very, very cool and intense. Every song was EN FUEGO, but Two Step (epic to say the least) , Grey St, and Watchtower (f**kin' face melting) were the best I've ever seen. Unbelievable! Best live band in the world. Period!
