All Along the Watchtower makes its return to T-dot after 7 years, I think? Great mix of favourite old tracks like Gravedigger, So Damn Lucky, Jimi Thing and a kickass Dreaming Tree with Away From the World tracks. I thought June's show was the best DMB concert I have seen in Toronto in 6 years, tonight's show easily topped that great performance.

Band was great - check, Set list - outstanding, Light board - amazing, Sound board not so good... Distortion and lost Dave's voice several times! Band/light board 5 box, Sound mix a 1 box!

I wish we could see the same show with the quality sound mix the DMB crew normally delivers (was this a local crew?).

Location note, we always look for seats as close to the board as possible. Section 105 1st row, 30' from the mix...

Broken Things, Rooftop, Belly Belly Nice, Drunken Soldier and a few more from the new album were highlights! Dreaming Tree, Christmas Song and an awesome Two Step made this show one of the top three for me!!

Great Show for an album tour. Probably helps that it was the first time I was 10 feet from the stage. Always nice to have a dreaming tree. Proudest Monkey was exceptional. So damn lucky jam was just that, a JAM. Rooftop is awesome live.

For my 65th show, I rank it...hmmm...65th. Setlist was terrible. I was expecting a lot of new stuff but at a stage where they were starting to find their groove with it. Not the case. Straight up album cover. No extended jam. A total new album promo concert for a whole bunch of people that already own the album. Stand outs were Dreaming Tree and Two Step. Everything else was total standard. Enough with the Satellite following proudest monkey, everytime. PM is a great song but i can't help but hate on it because I know it's goin right into satellite. Overall the Boys looked like they were in great spirits, havin a blast up their. But definately did not translate into any great jams. Coffin was didn't move...Boyd got to let her rip for a bit during Jimi but come on....no billies, nancies, crush, last stop, stone, seek up, etc. I don't need them all but you usually get 1 or 2. Maybe they're getting older and a little tired. What i intially fell in love with was their ability to change it up so frequently. Every show felt different. Now I can predict exactly how they're gonna jam out a song. Ok here's the skat, followed by the prince cover. There's no improvisation. I miss the band i once knew. Sorry to vent so negatively. Dave matthews has been a part of my life for a long time and i just felt that concert was down hill.

Nothing like see a summer show. Although we did get really close to the stage. Crowd was very different too. Must be a Canadian thing.

Usually don't get too excited about hearing Jimi Thing but it was unbelievably good. Was the best song of the night. Loved the new songs and Two Step was a Carter showcase. Very good show.

Bass Solo of O'Canada before All Along the Watchtower. Too cool. Should be added to the set-list. Just like the Star Spangled Banner.

Oh Canada was great to hear, the ACC was ecstatic! Dave broke a string during two step and continued to rock. So Damn Lucky was great. Also enjoyed Dave acknowledging the young kid on his fathers shoulders during proudest monkey. Great show!

Solid show. Had 2nd row dead center. Girls in front were complete bitches though. If you don't want to get a bump every now and then go sit in the seats. You're in the pit it's inevitable.

Great show, good mix of songs, some good jams, some I was expecting to go longer that abruptly ended. Carter made up for it in the end. Best Two Step ending I have ever heard, he was so into it and it was like he didnt want it to end. Classic.
