Just me and Jess at this show. Great opener with Don't Drink the Water. Alot of energy from the band tonight as they came back home. Highlights also included #41 and Grey St. Drunken Soldier is a beast.

Solid atmosphere however the setlist left a bit to be desired. Mostly the same songs as the night before in Raleigh. First time in C-ville and I was impressed with the energy.

DDTW / Broken Things was a sick way to start the show... Boyd tore it up on 41.. other highlights were Rhyme and Reason, Seek Up, Drunken Soldier, and Time Bomb --> Two Step

Show was hella fun, but the real joys were what happened after that brought the craziness

Really loved this show! Number 18 and a real gem. Dearth on Seek Up was dirty and Lawlor on Rhyme & Reason was incredible! The new music was awesome, especially Broken Things and Drunken Soldier. Carter Beauford is god. That Two Step was killer. Also, Boyd was on fire! Two solos during 41?! So sick.

If you cant get down to this band on this night, they are not for you. Musically awesome, great new stuff with some old stuff. Great guests and energy. I know why I come to Charlottesville, they are always at their best!

Great show considering its supporting their latest album. They played a lot of the new album but left space in for some oldies. Best Two Step I've heard, they keep getting better and better! New songs performed live were awesome too!

Great energy in JPJ, as always. Setlist was a bit uninspired. John D'earth is a nice addition to "Seek Up" and it's always fun to watch Joe Lawlor get into it w/ the boys. I travel from AZ for these shows because I'm always hoping they'll choose JPJ to do something crazy. Maybe they will tonight...

Low Energy for a C'ville Show and too many drunks/fights that EMS/security had to break up... DMB had to stop playing during the 3rd song b/c of a a fan...

Really amazing time, seeing some amazing songs from the floor. Belly Nice and Drunken Soldier were my highlights. I think i was really interested in how the new album would take to the live stage and it didn't disappoint. I just really wanted to hear Sweet though above all, but something to lok forward to down the road!

Great time as always. The band was really into it last night and so were their guests. Was really trying to dodge that 17 minute Seek up but I guess I can't be too picky. Enjoyed hearing a few AFTW songs and I couldn't of asked for a better set close to then end with ants

Too many repeat songs from Raleigh, Dave's getting a little too predictable nowadays. Great lead up to the encore, but the encore itself was strange.

My first GA/Floor experience. This obviously played a role in my rating of this show, but it was an aweseom experience being that close to the stage. Only 2 rows from the stage.

This was a really fun show and they played for a good long time! I was just a bit disappointed that there were 14 repeats from Raleigh.. Grey Street, Ants, Everyday, and Two Step were my highlights!

I will give it a 4 since they did a great job of spanning old and new songs. The Two-step and Ants had a CRAZY twist the likes of which I've never seen.

CHARLOTTESVILLE SHOWS ARE ALWAYS GREAT. BUT BEING ABLE TO WALK AROUND BACKSTAGE AND SEE WHAT GOES ON BEHIND THE SCENES WAS AWESOME! ON TOP OF THAT, TALKED WITH CARTER ON HIS TOUR BUS FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS AFTER THE SHOW. DIDNT LEAVE THE ARENA UNTIL 1AM. A GREAT NIGHT! SET LIST WAS PRETTY DECENT TOO! SEEK UP AND DRUNKEN SOLDIER WERE MY FAVORITES FOR THE NIGHT

This show was 3 stars max. Set was dead from Eh hee through Out of my hands. DDTW, Grey, R&R and Ants were bright spots. Biggest disappointment was the crowd though. Sat in 103, not only were there ROWS empty but there were people ASLEEP as well (enough said). Show had minimal momentum and each time it built, was killed immediately from next song or crowd itself (such as the many times people were pulled from the floor).
